Went here at about 11 PM last night. We literally waited a half hour at minimum for our food and no one was there.. other cars were not waiting. We finally got our food and everything was COLD. We had to come home and put the food in the oven.. after all that wait. Food was not fresh.We called back today and advised them of the issue and we were advised to come get another order. The manager Tricia replaced our order but didn’t give us our drinks that came with the meal…. Came home and dumped my chicken nuggets on a plate and a medium sized piece of black hair came out…. ? instantly grossed out. Threw it all away and made something at home.Don’t even waste your time or money here. It’s disgusting in every way.

Wish I would of read the reviews first wow unbelievable how slow and unprofessional this location is. I would think it would be way better by it being airport location. Short lady with ponytail seems to be the manager, tells another employee to "help a n-word out" very offensive overall terrible experience she never Apologized about the Long wait let alone offer a drink as I wait. Lesson learned I won't be back!!

Every time I come to this location, about a handful of times, I always have to wait long periods of time to order, whether they have vehicles in line or not. They always seem to have bad attitudes and are constantly screaming at each other inside the store. They seriously need a whole new crew here. Won't be going back anymore.

Staff is often unprofessional, always out of menu items, service is often slower than normal, and food quality is poor.
Slow service and rude. After I paid at the first window I pulled up to the second window and was told to back up until they're ready for me... That was odd. I guess they didn't want customers staring at them at the pick-up window while they wait for their food? Either way I backed up and then waited at least 5 mins for them to stick my bag out the window for me to come get it. No sorry for the wait or anything. My nuggets were hot so maybe they had to wait for some to be cooked but it would have been a better customer experience if that was communicated. I waited so long the car behind pulled off and after driving up to get my bag (that's being held out the window) I pulled off and forgot my frosty cream cold brew. I didn't even bother to go back for it.

"The fries were hot" is the best thing I can say about our visit. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. Person taking our order didn't bother to remove her ear bud and we had to repeat our order. She took a personal call while taking the order. Got spicy chicken instead if classic, but wouldn't say anything to that staff. Wouldn't trust the replacement food.

I absolutely hate this Wendy’s. All staff are so rude & unprofessional. I just called there a good 5 times because I had something wrong with my order, they never answered. Every time I order from this location it’s always wrong & when you mention something the staff rolls their eyes & really don’t do anything to fix the issue. Maybe if they fired all the staff members there right now & hired new employees it might be a bit more decent.
