Beechwood Cafe is an amazing restaurant!!! The food is delicious every time, consistently! staff are kind and on top of things. I take all my family and friends that don't live here to show them there are remarkable treasures in roscommon!
I’m going to say it! BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD! I was so excited to eat the Pierogi Breakfast that I forgot to take a picture! Everything was delicious! I will have it again!
First time at Beechwood, staying with some friends in the area. The service was excellent and the food was even better! We met owner and chef Matt on our way out and he was very kind and personable. If you are looking for a delicious and cozy breakfast spot, Beechwood is where it’s at!
