Sitting outside on a warm summer evening was the perfect way to celebrate my MIL’s 70th bday. Drinks, apps, and meals were all excellent, as was the service. It is a little pricey for ‘up north’, especially in this area, but I personally found the quality to be on par with similar establishments in bigger cities. We stayed just under $30/person, but our party included several kids/teens that ordered sandwiches and water. Had it been my wife and I only we would probably be closer to $50/person.

We discovered this place a few years ago while camping at Higgins Lake and return every single year we are there. The food is excellent, the service is very, very good. We always have a large party of 15 or more and sit on the deck. This year not only was the food excellent, the service was above and beyond excellent.
Our server, Corbin, took care of 2 long seating areas and a single 4 top, 22 of us total. The kitchen got the food out quickly, Corbin set every single plate at the correct person the first time, drink refills, etc. were done in a timely manner and checks came out accurately. WOW - A huge shout out to Corbin for his hard work and excellent service.
They do not take reservations either, yet the manager held outside tables for us despite being short of help that night.
Overall 5 stars for every aspect of this restaurant.

We love the Cut River Grille! Excellent food - they make their pasta fresh daily - who doesn't love homemade noodles?? My personal favorite is their beef stroganoff - always delicious! Wonderful selection of favorites with new twists and great weekly specials! This is a favorite place of our family's especially to bring visiting friends to! Such a beautiful spot right on the river, absolutely love their outdoor patio! They really cater to all tastes and all ages. Shoutout to their friendly and attentive waitstaff as well!

Cut River Grille exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming — great for a nice dinner out without feeling too formal. The food was absolutely phenomenal; every dish was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the fresh fish options were a real highlight. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, with staff who made us feel truly cared for. If you're in the Roscommon area, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!

French dip sandwich and fries were good. Our waitress was friendly, but didn't stay on top of filling our drinks. Our table was in the corner next to the music machine thingy and the lottery machine so people had to constantly squeeze past us.
