Never been here before went on my dads recommendation to get dinner for the fam. Called ahead cuz it was a big order and the food was all amazing. cowboy bites with ranch along with a huge salad and ghost pepper wings, mac an cheese bites, pizza hoagie, bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks were all in a food coma lol Those wings have quite a kick as well. Definitely returning anytime I come back into town.

Chicken sandwiches were buried in mayo and oily buns. Lettuce was wilted and brown. Couldn't pick it up the sandwich to eat it. Decided to use a knife and fork to eat the chicken and leave the the rest. Soup was bland and vinegar tasting... Clam chowder. Waitress was forgetful and brought my soup after the meal was delivered. She did take it off the bill. Too bad. We hoped for a better dinner experience.

I was dying to try 2 things that I had seen posted on their Facebook page. Crab Rangoon Egg rolls and then their homemade Mac n Cheese. They didn't have either. My fault for visiting here without calling to see what was on the menu first. I tried to order additional things that were on their menu, they didn't have either. Ordered food anyway and waited about 45 minutes. Had a cod sandwich and onion rings. With a black, burnt to a crisp bun that had a shrimp tail stuck into the bottom bun. And the onion rings were already cool and were just oil soaked and gross. My family had okay food. The only thing that was good were the Mac bites and pretzel bites. Them come frozen. Staff seemed new or just didn't have very good customer service. Failed to greet or politely state that they'd be with us soon as we waited for a table to be cleaned off so we could sit. Ran around rippin' their Vapes tho. Pretty unprofessional and I will never be back or recommend to anyone.

Burgers are cooked the way you want. All the staff are great at what they do. The new menu item, mac and cheese is my new favorite!! Definitely worth the stop.
I have been going to Jack's for years and I love it. The food is amazing, the service is always fast and friendly and you couldn't ask for better people to run into while you are there.
