I was not very impressed with the service here. The sandwich maker was very unfriendly and basically it’s not Subway “get it your way” it’s Subway “do it how the sandwich maker wants to do it for you and if you want anything different you get an attitude “, so I’m not very impressed with the service. :/

Absolutely horrible workers. Completely incompetent. I placed an order accidentally at the wrong restaurant and when I tried to cancel they told me there was nothing they could do, as there was no manager working that day. That is completely unacceptable 😤

I've stopped hear twice on visits to the cottage. Each time I was completely ignored even though I was the only one in the store. After waiting at least 5 minutes each time I walked out!

Depending on who's at the location: either "meh" attitude and atmosphere, or closed early with staff staring you down telling you they don't want to be there. Nice.

There’s a female worker there who was very rude and treated my family very poorly. We felt so disgusted and unwelcome that we left before our order was even taken. Would not recommend

Lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude. I got a blt and asked for salt and pepper. She said that nobody needs salt on bacon and I’m looking out for you. Oh and we don’t have salt anyway. Could have just said that. But who doesn’t have salt??

Juliana was very kind and helpful. The other young woman could use a lesson or two in how to be kind and courteous to customers. She chose to take a drive-thru order before my order was taken and I was there first. When I tried to explain that to this young woman she was immediately snotty and rude.
