We were on the expressway and went out of our way to the Roscommon location, because we were craving the footing cookie. No hello, no "I'll be right with you". Instead we got, "there's 3 subs ahead of you; it's gonna be a while.". We said that if it helps, we just wanted the cookie. "We don't have any." Really rude tone, horrible demeanor, nonexistent people skills.

I dont know what to say... there aren't many Subways left around here... the Subway inside the BP on M33 closed, then followed by the one in Lewiston. The Roscommon Subway and Grayling Subway are equal distance from me, but I hate the city traffic and people in Grayling, so I usually come to this one. The store is always clean, its been updated and has nice seating. I have not had any issues with service, the girls are nice and talk/joke with me, friendly.. clean bathrooms. I don't know what else you people want, compared to all of the other Subways I have been to, this ones actually really nice.

Hailey and Cora were awesome! Very responsive to requests and questions, very polite, professional and friendly. The food ingredients were very fresh, and delicious, and the store was also super clean. 10/10 would eat here

Up here for vacation checking places out. Food was cold. Didn't want to go through the trouble of getting the refund. Asked to reheat it, and they said no. I think she could've asked to make it right if they aren't able to reheat it.

Giving one star as 0 is not possible. Went inside to order tonight and only one person in front of me. Two workers working very slowly. I waited 10 minutes until the person in front of me paid for his order. The girl that took care of the guy in front of me does not even address me but starts preparing another order - drive through? I waited another five minutes and left - the line behind me extended into the two entry doors so at least the person between the two doors could step into the building. Will not go to this location in the future - whether I drive to Prudenville or Grayling it can't take longer than going to Roscommon even though Roscommon is the closest location by far.

0 Stars. Slowest people known to man kind. I did a pick up order and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes and then for them to say, “oh you didn’t have to wait in line.” Then I leave and get stuck in their dumb parking lot….. can’t get out. Stupidest service ever. Never again will I go there not that is matters. Worst ever…. Pizza cold too.

I come to this subway pretty often and usually I have a decent experience. Today, I pull up to the drive thru and get informed it's going to be a 20 min wait for the drive thru because there's 8-9 people inside the store (there's quite literally 1 car there). Anyways, so I wait and the lady comes to the speaker about 8 mins later to take my order (keep in mind I come and order the same thing every single time, we're regulars) I go to order a sub for someone (they're very picky & mind you I've ordered this sub at least 20 times). The lady under her breath goes "omg" even though it's quite literally 2 things on the sub and that's it, nothing else. Mind you, I've been polite this entire time. She's complaining throughout my entire order that she doesn't know how to ring it in. Which is completely understandable, every time I order it it's either $8 or $13 no in between. It always fluctuates with whoever takes the order (Another problem within itself). Finally, she gives me the pop I ordered and goes "there's two ice cubes in there I didn't feel like running to the lobby to get more". End of story, I've worked in food service for over 4 years and I would never treat a paying customer this way. Im a very nice & understanding person, but to come and give the company money in return for crappy attitude is not it. Do better subway.

Subs were good, bread was fresh and we were in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly except the older women who put on the veggies and sauce. She was impatient and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Other than that it was a decent visit while we are in town.
