We both bought a flurry type ice cream, a dirt flurry and Reese m$m. The ice cream was very good and great consistency. The problem was the add in candy. There was only a little added and not mixed much. I felt like all I was eating was vanilla ice cream and not much Oreo. Same with the other dessert.

Food was awful, deluxe hamburger real poor, salad just container of lettuce with few tomatoes. Shake was cup of soft serve ice cream. Attention to detail and service terrible, seems to lack any supervision, management and training.

Imagine walking into a restaurant and the two girls at the counter are having a conversation with each other. Don’t even look your way and say welcome. Give you a dirty look and then just go back onto their conversation. Your daughter asked them a question and they ignore her roll, their eyes turn towards each other and then continue talking to each other. Wow I work too hard for my money to spend it in that kind of an establishment real bummer because the food looked really good and so did the ice cream! That is so crazy.

I dont even know where to start, I LOVE this place. I live about 2 hours away, and we visit Rose City once a year for a family reunion. They NEVER disappoint!!! The food is outstanding! The staff is amazing, nice and respectful and are definitely on their A game. The building is ALWAYS clean when we go in. The bathrooms are clean every time we go in. I can't express how amazing this place is. The staff literally remind me how nice the world can be. The ice cream is the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend the ice cream nachos and hot fudge sundaes... We had a very picky child with us and they catered to our needs to make the ice cream as close to the flavor as possible because it was not a flavor they had. Family friendly environment for sure. If you are in the area swing in for sure. Also they have a really good selection of food as well, and some family members said the chicken sandwich was the best they have ever had!. The fries are on 🔥 recommend 10 out of 10 for sure

I didn't even want to give this place a one star they deserve zero we've been eating here since they opened and now all the sudden last week I got sick with food poisoning and ended up in the ER from this place the nurse said the stuff that was coming out was from the toxins from a chicken breast sandwich come on what are we doing. Do better America
