The McDonald’s in Rose City can be busy during tourist season and I know they have a hard time finding help in a small town, but the people are very friendly and helpful and the food is thoughtfully prepared.

Went there this morning for breakfast for grandkids. Heading home early from time at our cottage. Ordered kids pancake happy meal with juice. Then a order of pancakes with juice and egg mcmuffin. Kept me hanging waiting..then gets order wrong. I tell him correct order again...I wait again. Then he says ma'am we don't have happy meal breakfast. I said ok you didn't say that. Get me 2 pancake breakfast and egg mcmuffin. I'm canadian so didn't realize menu not the same. I pull away, get kids meal out and there is only one. I turn around go back. Walk in, wait 10 minutes for someone to come to counter. Tell her my order, what I got and not sure if I paid for 2. Her answer, you didn't, it's $. Walks away, I wait again....she hands it to me, does not acknowledge, no I'm sorry for misunderstanding. Worst customer service, can't believe it's an authorized McDonald's restaurant. Ps..this isn't my first time there, this type of thing happens there all the time. Usually stop in Pinconning McDonald's on way home because this one is so bad, but granddaughter was hungry and I promised.

Most morning's McDonald's breakfast is just that..breakfast, this morning we hit the drive thru on our way home from up north. We did have to pull up for fresh hashbrowns but when that food came out is fresh as fresh and soo good this morning. Cooked to perfection 👌 Actually looked like the pictures 📸

This McDonald is still in the Covid-19 time. It does not have a serving soft drink bar like every other restaurant, you don't get to choose what drink to take or how much ice to get. It is served to you. The ladies are nice, but I like to serve myself with napkins, Ketchup, straw, etc. Was no one else in the restaurant when I was there, and the table next to me had a drink on it, and it was not clean. Other than that everything was ok.

We were driving to look at a new house. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with extra bacon. We do this at every McDonalds and hadn't gotten the bacon at the last two. Thank you to this one! My husband like a medium coffee with sugar and coffee added and stirred. Silly, it may seem, but when we're driving we ask nicely and they do it for us. This one did it, and we could tell. Thank you again.
