My daughter with thermal liver cancer has a service dog to help her when she falls and not feeling well. She entered Rozs and was stopped at the door where she was yelled at and screamed at and could not enter. The owner refused to let her join her friend who was already sitting. My daughter left very upset and crying. I have gone to many places with Larka, service dog, and all places have commented and how behaved and quite she is. My daughter would rather not have cancer and need a service dog but she could not travel with out her. This summer she fell and broke her ankle where Larka came to her aid to help her call for help. This man should not be in business if he is gong to treat customers like this. Believe me when I say everyone from the disabled community will know how he acted and everyone they know.

I have never been treated so rudely. Find any other place to eat at this man stands at the door and doesn't greet them but rudely shouts to them. Then goes and talks about his patrons behind their back to other people in the restaurant. NOT SERVICE DOG friendly. Does not understand the laws at all.

Will not let service 🐕🦺 dogs in even with proof 🧾 . Will never go there again 😞. These dogs are especially trained for the needs for their handlers.

I have a service animal that I have paperwork for.
Anyone that knows me knows how my dog is and well behaved. I go to walk in and that man was SOOO rude.
I showed him I have paperwork and he still refused her.
I will also be call ADA on him this is not right. Do not support someone that can't even be nice to people.

Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. Eggs Benedict are my go to wherever I eat breakfast and I can honestly say the eggs Benny at Roz's are the crown jewels. There's not one single thing I would change about about my experience.

This is an absolute hidden gem! Must try! I had the western omelet w/blueberry pancakes. My bf had the Eggs Timmy. Both were delicious. We found this on Maps on our way back home from Petoskey, so ty to others that had left a review☺️
