“My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“We came in during family weekend at SVSU so it was a busy night - I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the staff was. From greeter to the bartender to our waitress Emmie - everyone was top notch and cared about our experience. We were very well taken care of - the service all around was excellent.
