Do better. Abysmal customer service for takeout; I waited in the store for 20 minutes for an order that was ALREADY DONE. What did the team member that gave me my food do to compensate? Say sorry & turn heel without even letting me say thank you. What a disgrace this place can be; absolutely not planning on returning unless they learn to do better.

My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's. Thank you, Jo Etta

Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp and Steak & Shrimp were served hot and delicious! Service was not good. No silverware, never asked if we wanted more to drink, waited way too long to get bill and box to go. Waitress could not handle the tables she was assigned to. There were other customers very unhappy with the service at 2:15 this afternoon at Applebees on State St.
Great service especially when attending to a party of 10. We had a lot of hungry toddlers with us as well and we're able to get them fed without any issues. Would recommend bringing back the kids coloring menu to keep them busy but other than that; no complaints from us.
