I visited the drive-thru and was the only vehicle in line. After a brief wait, my order was taken, but the employee who assisted me was noticeably rude. Upon pulling up to the window, I waited approximately 15 minutes for my food while the employee stood at the window on her phone. While I could have chosen to leave, I had already been on the road for over two hours. It is disappointing to see the decline in customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The roast beef was awful. The restaurant is outdated and needs help. The Arby’s sauce tasted off. The unisex single bathroom
In the back of the restaurant parking lot was odd to say the least. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Went there for lunch and asked about a promo they advertised on their board, and in return I got a lady with an attitude and a loud omg like I was bothering her.. I'll gladly shop somewhere else.

Spoke with Patrick on Monday 6/23 approx. 9:15p. Great representation of your company. Very helpful with making a decision with the Gyro. Verifying the product helped avoid any allergic reaction.

Lawn service was operating a motorized blower near the drive-thru order kiosk. I pulled ahead to the window to order because I couldn’t hear anything. When I explained this to the person at the window, their only comment was “well, I could hear you…”. The person did not appear to be interested in accommodating my needs or taking my order. After I paid, I was asked to pull ahead even though there wasn’t any cars behind me in line. I told them that I didn’t want to move and the reasoning behind it. The worker responded that there was a timer in the drive-thru that tracks order times and they needed me to move so that the clock would reset. Apparently, my convenience is less of a priority than their performance. Overall, it was a bad experience, even by Arby’s standards. Very unfriendly staff. Do not recommend.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited at the drive thru for almost 25 minutes without anyone telling us what was going on, not even an apology for the long wait.

The only issue I had was ordering a roast beef & cheddar on two separate occasions and receiving a roast beef sandwich instead. I guess when I say “No extra sauce” they take it too seriously. I mean c’mon, the employees ask every time if I want all these extra sauces, the answer is no. I just want my meat, cheese, and bread…
