Ordered a Crispy Chicken and a Smokehouse sandwich at the drive through. Got home (less than 2 miles) both were cold and stale. The onion rings on the Smokehouse were soggy. For $15 for 2 fast food sandwiches I expected better.
Went through drive thru and ordered Large Strawberry lemonade. This was a mistake. The plastic cup was more than 3/4 filled ice. Approximstely 1/2 inch ice to top of cup. Apprx 4 sips of strawberry lemonade. More than 3 dollars for this. I phoned the restaurant and was told that this is procedure per manager or owner. Three words to this. SHAME ON YOU! That was my first and last drink order from Arbys.

Service was good. Used the app and got a great deal (5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches). Food was decent (it's fast food). Overall a good experience. Will go back again.
