The last 3 times that I've gotten the bacon, Swiss chicken sandwich has been by far the worst chicken I have ever came across. Why is it rubbery and hard to bite through? And why does the bacon come out looking raw?

Well no one makes the classic roast beef sandwich like Arby's does. When you just want different from the average fast food places yet a nice tasting meal the classic roast beef sandwich fries cherry turnover was just what the Dr ordered ?

The State Street store is great. This store serves garbage in a bag and is seriously unfriendly about it. The management also don't care enough to reach out when you ask them to, to discuss the terrible experience. I've filled out 2 customer surveys from the link the owner sent in the reply. I will not do it a third time.
