everytime i order there EVERYONE is nice EXCEPT the same guy. can’t remember his name other than it said bat man on his name tag, he always catches an attitude and is rude. terrible at customer service and needs to learn how to talk to people before working at a register. i’m not going to blame the training since every other worker i’ve had has been super nice and helpful. someone please help his attitude ?

The reason for 4 ?s is the stupid high price for 2 small items (pretzel mini nuggets and small ? ?ade) was 28 bucks. However the food was fresh and wonderfully delicious. Auntie is on the JcPenny wing of the mall.

Expensive & not very friendly. Our $7 drink lid wasn't on correctly. Drink spilled & they offered nothing. Next to close in this nearly vacant mall perhaps? :/

Absolutely horrible service. Was here two weekends ago for an event and got the "really a bucket" attitude from the employees. And today I went to order a couple buckets for my family and got the same response and then told they would take a hundred dollar bill. There loss and piss poor customer service is why I decided to leave this review.

Would not recommend this place. There was two cars in front of me in drive thru and two people inside. Once you are in the drive thru you can’t leave because of a curb. I waited a half hour finally got to the window and paid then the lady told me they are out of pretzels I had to wait 7-10 minutes and they would bring it out if I pulled around. Waited 15 minutes and I went inside and asked about my order with no customers inside and was told it would be 10-15 minutes before I get it. I said it’s already been 15 minutes since the lady in drive thru told me it would be 10 minutes. The girl said I don’t know where she got that from and walked away. Checked in for my order another 15 minutes and they still didn’t have my order had one of my cup of pretzels out of 3 so I got one ice cold and after an hour and ten minutes got my other two cups. They wouldn’t even give me my money back or say sorry.

This is the most chaotic place I’ve ever seen. There were more employees in the kitchen than there were customers waiting in line. While we were waiting in line we could tell that the staff were struggling so we changed our order to something we could see they had a stack of in the case ready to go: classic pretzels. There shouldn’t have been a wait. Yet somehow it still took us almost FIFTEEN MINUTES to have pretzels in our hands. There was an employee who appeared to be in charge of expediting who spent the whole time standing there staring blankly at tickets, obviously with no clue what was going on around her. Pretzel was just okay - I suspect it would have been a little better without the wait.

Delicious and yummy! Just know if you order from the app, they make the pretzels hot and fresh so sometimes there is a wait. Plus, the app will charge a convenience fee.

When I asked for garlic pretzels I received the most doctored up best pretzel’s ever. So, if you are thinking about getting a seasoning on your prez nugs, go big, give it a whirl.Thank you Anne for giving us this opportunity, definitely coming back.
