My family and I went into the restaurant tonight. We seated ourselves because that was what the sign said. We waited 20 minutes and didn't even get an acknowledgment from one of the servers to take our drink order or be given a menu to look at. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but we watched three other groups walk in, and they had their drinks and menus given right away. This was the first time I have had a horrible experience at this establishment, but I think your staff should be trained to look out for all tables, not just their own. We walked out and don't know if I will return due to the customer service we experienced.

A year and a half ago I would come here atleast once every two weeks, now they have taken multiple things off the menu and increased prices, which I can understand but the quality of the food and service has gone down significantly. Last two times I went there I have left very disappointed in the food and service and both visits had almost a year in between them. Probably won’t be back.

The service was due to falt of the wait staff but a reflection of poor management. We waited over 40 min for our food as the cooks were backed up with take out orders. When mentioning to our waitress who was great mind you, we were told there is no protocol for management to shut off take out orders as the owner was not able to be contacted. This is a reflection poor ownership and management coordination.

Just walked out of the reasturant....sat ourself per sign and sat for 20 mins before we had to go ask someone for menues a guy walked over and dropped them off to our table. No silverware no drink order taken. As we sat another 10 mins 2 more parties came in and sat in the same area we were and immediately got menues, silverware and drink orders taken.

Went for lunch, they weren't busy when we ordered and our food came out so slow, my soup was Luke warm and I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait another 20 minute. Our server was serving one of us at a time? There were 5 of us? She was incredibly slow. Some could have been the kitchen, however I asked for no cheese and no Croutons on my salad and she put them on anyway, that would be her fault, she even double checked the order.

Had a take out order everything tasted great. Severs were very nice when I came in to pick up the order.

I have had two meals here recently. The first time was good and the second time was close. The chicken tenders are distinct with a different breading. We love that dogs are welcome on the patio.

A good friend of mine suggested this place and I'm so glad he did. The service was super friendly, got our orders correct, and timed the food out just right. They also didn't hover but checked on us appropriately.
The food was delicious. We didn't get any apps this time and thank god for that because we each got a burger and fries. They were huge and covered in cheese on delicious bread. My friend's burger was called the 'Oh my God'. And rightly named. 2 all beef patties, 4 slices of bacon, I think like 4 slices of American cheese on a brioche bun. I don't remember if it had lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickles since I didn't eat it, but it was huge, well seasoned and buy the look on my friends face absolutely heavenly! Hence the name I guess, LOL! I got the 5 cheese burger. Simply a all beef patty somthered in 5 cheese in regular white bread topped with a fried cheese stick. Yes, you read that, topped with a friend mozzarella cheese stick, but they call it a plank as it's flatter and wider then a normal cheese stick. And that's all it had. A true CHEESE burger. One thing I really appreciated is well I absolutely hate light colored toast. That's not toast, it's just warmed bread as far as I'm concerned. I told my waitress that I truly want my burgers bun/bread really toasted super dark. Dam near burnt. The waitress really listened to me and it's one of the very few times I've ever gotten my bread done correctly. It was a beautiful deep rich dark brown. It was so perfect!!! All that cheese!
We each got fries with our burgers. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and perfectly salted. I like my fries more crispy then most. I ordered them extra crispy. They came out perfect. My friends sister ordered some curly fries to go and we each tried one of course. They were perfectly cooked and well seasoned.
I didn't eat my full burger or fries because I had seen on their menu that they had a skillet cookie that I wanted to try. They had a deep dish chocolate chip cookie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and in my case chocolate and carmel sauce crisscrossing on top. It looked like it came off the front page of a magazine. The looks were on par wirh the taste. I was a very full, very happy lady at the end of the meal. Definitely going to put this place in my regular rotation! A must try.

Consistently good service and food. The staff are kind and the games shown on the televisions throughout are always entertaining.
