I hadn't been to a Big Apple Bagels in a while, but this one has always been my favorite! The service is always fantastic, and the bagels are always so fresh and delicious. I wanted to give a special shout out to Josie for being extra helpful when I was making my most recent order. Thank you, Josie!
Staff is very personable. Like walking into an old fashioned, local eatery. Seemed like a lot of the customers knew the staff. Remember to call dipping a bagel in cream cheese “dip and rip!!”
Amazing staff open welcoming environment reminds me of the old southern hospitality the 2 girls behind the counter knows your order before you know your order can’t get any better service in Saginaw plus the cute animals and objects the dough master in the back make are fantastic food is delicious as always HIGHLY RECOMMEND it’s also very cheap so that’s a plus
