Located in Carrolton, MI. Brought here by a friend, for the food. It is a very small neighborhood bar. No real atmosphere, but the food is great! Owner/cook is very mindful of how the food is preserved and prepared. I had a Rueben sandwich, that comes with potato chips. The sandwich was in the top five that I have ever eaten. The beef and kraut are not overly salty, since the kraut comes from a jar rather thana can. Thousand Island in a squirt bottle on the side. Friend ordered...
I had a hunger for a really good mushroom and Swiss burger. I just haven’t found one that was that great. We were driving through Saginaw so I googled best mushroom and Swiss burger in Saginaw and found this little gem. When I say it was the best burger I have ever had I mean it. Was nice and juicy and loads of toppings. You will not be disappointed if you stop.
