So I decided I wanted Big John's for dinner today. I pull in and as I'm driving around to the drive thru I see 4 employees all outside smoking on some devils lettuce. If this is something they enjoy, ok no problem but not at work on company time. Then I see them all come in ready to take an order and make food....NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS...... I kept on driving. My wife says that's Saginaw for you. Can't wait to move back south service here just sucks. Like bruh get it together.

Delicious steak, cheese and mushroom sandwich. It was packed with meat! YUM! Very nice, friendly employees. Food was freshly cooked to order. Hot, fresh, and every bite eaten.

Walked in to get take out. The girl taking the order clearly didn't want to be there. Had to repeat my orders several times because she was talking to everyone else but the customer. When it came to pay I handed her a 100 bill which she took my 100 bill and slapped another worker with it in his face while he was preparing food. When we finally received our food it was not what we ordered. I'll continue to drive 40 min to flint for my big john. Gave the saginaw location a chance but never again

Absolutely love Big John’s. Amazing Food. Was there last night. Sept 28th. The woman looked like she was working hard. Taking orders & filling small cups. Will always show support to this location 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Side note there were two other gentleman not working but standing around laughing. the inside definitely looks like it needs to be kept clean as it was quite dirty after a long day at work. If the two gentlemen had time to laugh and stand around they had time to keep up through out the day a clean up.
The food is consistently delicious. The staff are friendly and seem to take pride in serving the best meal possible. It is always a pleasant experience.
