This location is not the greatest. In my opinion, they do not know how to be a barista quickly ever I have not just experienced this once but multiple times I have made an online order thinking that it would be done within 15 to 20 minutes. In my opinion, they lack customer service. Coming from a person that has done it for years

1/2025 I just come here now cause I like the mochas. They don’t say hi anymore. Not a fan of this place any more.
Always a pick me up when I visit. Always great mochas...made exactly how I ask for it to be made. Always great service and conversation...their mochas are the best tasting around but it's the baristas that honestly keep me coming back. Thank you guys for all that you do!!! Keep up the great work!

I like biggby, I have been going there since the first one opened in Grand Rapids. But their marketing sucks, they only promote 20 or 24 oz , I like the ratios in the 16 oz. Which isn't even on the menu. But just once I. A while through an offer on a 16 oz would be nice.
Been coming to Bigby for a very long time. Decided to try their bragel and mine was charred black on the bottom. I don't really understand how that happens, but I really don't understand how you could send that out to a customer. Sad Experience Today. I'll take this down in a couple days. just like to make the owner aware.

Considering the fact that the door was wide open and we walked in to get a drink, and the girl told us that they were closed when Google said that they closed 9pm. This was 8 PM. If your Closed the door should be locked.
