I like biggby, I have been going there since the first one opened in Grand Rapids. But their marketing sucks, they only promote 20 or 24 oz , I like the ratios in the 16 oz. Which isn't even on the menu. But just once I. A while through an offer on a 16 oz would be nice.
The business on Bay road singlehandedly changed my mind about this place. I had a bad experience at a different location. These employees were pleasant, kind and they got my order right. Recommend.
Great people. Great coffee always made right. Great employees! Shout-out to Taylor for always remembering what my favorite is and making it perfectly! She's an asset to your staff.
