The atmosphere is cool because it's like a sports bar, but the food is trash. Wings are always over cooked. The service is slow and unfriendly.

We sat for 15 minutes and still didn't get waited on. Nobody came to our table to see what we wanted. Other people were being waited on and they came in after us. So we left and this was today November 18th.

Food was cold. Waiter sucked. Service sucks even with the manager. Charged us for the wrong food even when they made the mistakes. They were not even busy took us forever to get our kids food. The kids were the last food to come out. Took over 30 minutes to get a refill. TERRIBLE.

Worst service ever. Came in tonight to have a drink and order takeout. I told the bartender that I had a very large order and he didn’t write anything down. We were missing two items when it came out and they weren’t even on the receipt. So he never even rang them in. Told me it would take 4 minutes for the missing wings and I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting while the rest of my food got cold. I had to get up and walk to the door to have someone get my missing food after sitting there for the 15 minutes that was supposed to take 4. Not even an apology about it. Literally the worst Bdubs every single time I visit. Will not ever return here.

Haven't been to bdubs in awhile. It was even better than I remembered. Makenna was a great server. Really nice and attentive but not overly so. Hope you get her as your waiter when you come in!
It wasn't clean on a Thursday night when it wasn't busy. Floors were sticky and there were loose French fries around on the floor.
I paid $22 for 15 stringy, overcooked deep fried naked wings. They were fait at best. Then another $6 for a very small, weak house salad with a little iceberg lettuce and a stray cucumber or tomato, and $7 for like 7 onion rings. If you're counting, that's $35 PLUS TIP for tiny wings with onion rings and a tiny salad. That is Out. Rageous.
Won't be going back.
