The kid that waited on us should not be allowed to take any orders until trained/learns how to take an order and can count money of any form. He got our order wrong and charged us too much then argued that the order was the way we ordered it, but we did not order an extra whopper jr with our 2 orders of duos and a kids chicken nugget kids meal. When we brought it to his attention he asked if we still had the burger, we said yes and gave it to him and he put it back on the warming rack and another crew member gave us our refund, which should've been thrown out not on the warmer for another customer. Then he argued that there was sweet tea in the machine out on the floor which clearly wasn't since there was no button for sweet tea, in fact it was behind the counter . I can't see going back but time will tell but hopefully he's been replaced or he found a different job that he can do at his ability

The only Burger King I've been to where they CONSISTENTLY screw something up with my order.
Today they gave me a Chicken Sandwich when I ordered a Whopper. The wrappers for a Chicken sandwich are literally completely different, and should have be easy to identify by just taking the two seconds to look at it before you hand it out the drive-thru window. They weren't even that busy.
I only get so much time on my lunch break, so I can't exactly go back to get the right sandwich either, extremely frustrating. And, conveniently, if you ever try to call their phone number to complain you just get a busy signal.

General manager does not know how to run the function of this store… She is African American not tryna to be radiant but just making sure you know I’m right… the issues is my order was wrong… I asked for an 8pc chicken nuggets two meals one with barbecue sauce one without and a milk shake and sprite… as well with w junior whopper with only opinion pickle and lettuce with cheese… I got chicken fingers instead… mid heard me did they not… they gave me the wrong meal … which was chicken fingers I specifically asked for another 8piece chicken nugget meal as what is presented up there… please get your staff together as she also accused a worker of being (sick/high/some sort of weird look in his face) while in front of customers is crazy. Please fix this Saginaw Burger King before we have to get more reviews out… outrageous

Never ordered, sat 10 minutes behind someone and never got to ordered and had someone just our of hospital who couldnt walk to go inside where all the service was happening. We went somewhere else.

The food was good, but the issue is when I got my milk fizzed up like soda whenever it was opened and it was bubbles all in the bottle. The milk was smelling spoiled, but it wasn't even near its experation date (I ordered this in late October while the experation date was set for December)
