Extremely understaffed ordered on app and went in to get still waited over 10 minutes (inside) 15/20 Minutes AFTER ordering. Lady who handed me my food did so in a very aggressive way. Was very rude.( I think she's a manager went around 12 or 1) Another customer even commented on it. I however just took my food and thanked her. Won't be back anytime soon. Place was clean. Food was decent.

The person who took my order had problems hearing me at first. I repeated myself 3 times, which is irritating. I was enjoying my food until I found a long hair in my cheese burger. So gross. I don't even want to go back to get a fresh burger or a refund 🤢

My boyfriend and I went about a week ago through saginaw and decided to stop at burger king around 1-3pm, the only thing I have to say is, having TWO people working during peak rush hours is hellish on its own and i commend both workers for doing their absolute best with a line of cars and a lobby filled with people, but also having a, what appeared to be, pregnant woman trying to run around and work ontop of all of that was beyond me. these workers need raises ESPECIALLY her. yall were so helpful and kind despite your circumstances and my bf and I appreciated both of you SO much!!
