My boyfriend and I went about a week ago through saginaw and decided to stop at burger king around 1-3pm, the only thing I have to say is, having TWO people working during peak rush hours is hellish on its own and i commend both workers for doing their absolute best with a line of cars and a lobby filled with people, but also having a, what appeared to be, pregnant woman trying to run around and work ontop of all of that was beyond me. these workers need raises ESPECIALLY her....

We were helped by Jayd at the window, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—especially with our special request for Sarah. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude stood out from the moment we pulled up. I truly wish I could thank her manager personally and recommend giving her a well-deserved raise. I never write reviews—especially for fast food experiences—but Jayd made such an impact...
