Line was painfully slow. It was rush hour but 25 min is a bit much for a fast food joint. The food was cold, and I paid for a double cheeseburger and a large onion ring and instead got a small onion ring and a normal cheeseburger. Which would've been worth going inside to rectify had the service not been so slow. I don't expect that much from fast food restaurants but there are still expectations. Waiting almost an half an hour is something I could've forgot about had the order itself not felt like a kick in the balls. To clarify this was the state street location if it doesn't tie this review specifically.

I was just calling to order and they started harassing me by calling me obese for only ordering 1 Wopper, just all out rude. I highly recommend going somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would, 1⭐️

Normally don't have any problems with this place, but charging 30 cents for 2 ranches then I ask if in the bag and you say yes. Clearly not in the bag. I mean you need 60 cents girl go ahead enjoy

I bought the $5 deal, it came out to $5.30. I gave her a twenty and 2 quarters. She gives me back 2 fives, 4 ones, 3 quarters, and a dime. So, I get out and go inside... and she comes over snatches the money out of my hand and drops a dime. Comes back with the 2 fives, 5 ones. And tells me to keep the dime, she put a dollar in the register to make up for the dollar she gave me. Learn how to count or learn how to pay attention to the money given to you and the customer. I was flabbergasted with the way I was treated and you still owe me a dime. That's cool I'm not worried about the dime. Won't be going back there ever!!!!

I put in an order that came to about $40 for delivery. When it came, I was missing damn near everything from the order. I ordered through the burger king app. When I called,I was told that my food was in the bag when it left but the bag was unopened when I got it. The worker said the only way I was getting it was to pick it up or get a delivery driver to go back up there to get it. I ordered delivery to avoid taking my newborn into the rain, and how the hell am I supposed to get their delivery to make another trip? Then the worker basically told me since I couldn't, to deal with it and message the bot that won't do shit for 24-48 hours. It's been forever since I've ordered from here, I don't think I ever will again. The customer service is terribly lacking and the help for something that was their fault is non-existent.
Corporate or whomever got back to me to offer a $15 coupon. I asked for a refund. Then they offered me a $20 coupon. I explained that I wanted a refund because I did not plan to frequent their establishment in any foreseeable future and they never replied. I'm so done with them.
They messed up my chicken sandwich AGAIN. I just wanted Ketchup, mustard, cheese, and pickles. It came back with onions, Mayo and tomato. This has happened the last 2 times this week that we ordered meals ? ThankYou for your time and listening. I pray this can be taken care of quickly for us ? M. VanHoose

Why is the mayonnaise at this location so terrible? I don't know what you're using here, but you need to change it. I ate at multiple Burger King restaurants on a recent road trip up north and they're using different and much better tasting mayonnaise up there. From what I understand, the general manager dictates the brand of mayonnaise that is used. PLEASE change it. The whopper sandwiches at this location are being brought down by this rancid-tasting mayonnaise.

The food is great and have always came to this BK. I went through the driver thru and got to the window. The young blonde gentleman was very kind taking my payment, but getting approach by the girl with the dark hair in a ponytail I believe her name is Morgan was rude. She opened the window, with a very negative face and shoved the bag out the window. I reached out and said thank you very much and she shut the door in my face! Never even made eye contact. I’ve never had an employee at any establishment never say you’re welcome or have a great day. I do understand individuals can have a bad day. But to not look at or say anything back when I thank you is crazy. A few kind words means a lot to people. I do hope that she is kind to other customers because I would not want to see that negative face through the window.
