I made a LARGE order online for a work lunch for 8 people and then went to pick up in the drive through. They were SO quick, got everything right, and I had food in my hands in less than 15 minutes. They didnt even forget a sauce! This is my favorite burger king in the Saginaw area and I appreciate the crew for doing a good job :)

Went through the drive through and they sent my chicken sandwich out with the bun burnt to a crisp.also only gave me one cookie. Had to drive all the back there to a a sandwich that wasn’t burnt up. Didn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience and wasted gas. I’m done with Burger King. I’ve had too many bad experiences at this location.
The workers are rude, I said something to the manager while I was there and he just looked at me like I was stupid....now everytime I go there they wait until I get to the window to tell me they don't have something I ordered....I loved bk but this place in general makes me not want to spend my money at an establishment that's could careless about their costumers...Still wanting to charge you the same amount for things missing out of your meal....crazy

We just left from this Burger King location and whoever is working (male, black shirt) closed down the broiler so they didn't have to clean it when they are actually supposed to close at midnight- it's currently 9:40p.m.
As soon as we got into the parking lot, the only person working that could be seen wearing a black shirt, male, is outside smoking getting free time on the clock.
Once we got to the speaker it sounded like someone was ready to turn customers away by saying there is no Whoppers nor Whopper juniors.
We also saw three other cars being turned away due to them saying there was no Whoppers nor Whopper Juniors available at the time.
