We order the orange chicken a few times a month. The last 3 times we have gotten the chicken is very over cooked. It’s very tough and difficult to chew. We are going to order again tonight, in hopes it will be like it used to be. If not, then we will have to discontinue ordering from here. Omani and egg rolls are amazing.

Chan's used to be such a good place to eat. But the past couple times my wife and I ordered carryout, the food has been really bland. Almost no taste. The only plus side is the food was hot. Like fresh hot.

The food was good. Just a WHOLE LOT OF VEGGIES and very very small portion of actually meat. I pulled out maybe 7 pieces. Lots of onions. Crab ragoons was ONLY CREAM CHEESE. no crab. Literally. Lady was nice tho

I ordered chicken and pea pods, asked for extra sause, i offered to pay extra to get it, was told it was not necessary. I got there paid and went home. After opening the bag it was obvious I was give the wrong order, went back and got my order went back home and didn't get the extra sause. Should I call and ask for my tip back. If you order there open the bag and make sure your order is as you ordered. Not sure if I'll ever go back there.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had…and I’ve had bad Chinese food. Just moved to the area and this was recommended by the leasing agent and after a long day of moving from out of town, I was starving. Ordered orange chicken with fried rice and was super disappointed. The place looks pretty unsanitary and the whole dish was VERY bland. The rice seemed days old and mushy. The chicken was very unappetizing and felt like I was biting into a tasteless ball of slime.

The blonde waitress/cashier was very rude. She messed up my order but refused to fix it and blamed it on me. The food tasted weird almost as if expired. The restaurant itself was dirty.

Tgis was THE worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. I wouldn't be surprised if I got sick from the little food I ate. Everything had an old dirty cooking oil taste with a slightly burned taste. The egg rolls were nasty and soggy with the same taste as the rest of the food. I wouldn't even call this food. Flat out disappointing.
