I love Philly cheesesteak and I was very excited to see this place. So I stopped to try them out very bad experience and way too expensive for what I got. First they were out of onions some how even tho there is a grocery store down the street. Then the amount of meat I got to the amount of bread I got was a little ridiculous for the price. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

JUST ordered from there and got it delivered but didn't receive everything. Called and they hung up immediately then I called back and the employee who answered sounded more than annoyed to be dealing with this issue. The answer that was given was that they know the order was correct because the General Manager was the one who put it in the bag. Immediately told me that Doordash stole it, even though I didn't order through Doordash, and that their bags are easy to get food out of without tearing them. Even though the portion of the order that I got was delicious, service like what I've experienced here makes me not want to revisit this establishment ever.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but I think the owner needs to know how badly the service is impacted when it is 90 degrees in the restaurant. Not a single worker looked like they wanted to be there and they were probably exhausted. Large sandwiches used to have stacks of meat on them and this one barely had any. Probably won’t be back anytime soon, if ever, and that sucks because I really like the sandwiches.

I wanted a chicken teriyaki sub, no onion, no tomato. I got it with tomato and there was s teriyaki sauce by the time I got out to my car to eat it, it was so saturated I couldn't even lift the sandwich up. It was just a pile of mush

This is the 3rd time in the row we have ordered two combos online and not gotten drinks. We got one of the drinks tonight but shocker didn’t get the second. So we have improved by 50% lol. Food is good but the hassle of getting orders correct is a pain. Even sent a text the DoorDash driver to remind them. When they arrived they told us they only were given 1 drink at the store. Called the store no answer. Straight to a voicemail that was not setup.
Would leave a zero if I could. Sign says opens at 11 , stood out side for 15 minutes while the 2 inside didn’t open the door. Customer outside said she ordered online for a pick up at 11 and we were ignored at the door. What a disappointment. Just because you have online orders don’t ignore the walk in customers.

Absolute worst experience! First we were told we didn’t have an online order until we showed a confirmation number. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order to be completed. App showed complete so my wife went back inside where she was ignored until she said she had a pick up. To which the younger kid said and . She said app showed it was complete he told her yea well I said it ain’t done . Then proceeded over to the older lady who said she ain’t in the mood . Absolutely the most racist encounter we’ve ever experienced and won’t be back

This place used to be good. Everyone i come here it gets worse. The floors are sticky. The tables are dirty. The employees seem to be lazy.l and not friendly. Don't go here at all!!!!!!
