Service is only terrible when the older heavy set black guy is there he is very unprofessional seems to have an attitude with customers I witnessed a customer come in to get a order that was made wrong remade and he has the nastiest disposition for someone to be working the front counter he was even rude to the grubhub driver. Wish you had another location. Food is great when it's made correctly

I came in at 8:50 I seen the lady swinging her hands to tell the 5 teenagers they had in there to tell me they are closed. I walked in he was like sorry we are closed I said oh I’m sorry I thought you all closed at 9. He said what time is it? I said 8:50 he replied I’m closed sorry. I work in a restaurant I wish people would stop being so lazy and do their job they actually had everything cleaned up already as if they closed at 8. I will be calling corporate

I don't know what's the deal with Charlie's but they are falling. I use to love the food, now I'm starting to hate it cause I will not be returning. I ordered a large old school steak with extra grilled onions and got just some dry meat with barely onions & chopped the death steak meat on top of bread that was not toasted and like they didn't put the wiz cheese on the meat while it was cooking..it looked as if they just squeezed the cheese right out the bottle onto the sandwich cold any kind of way. The meat was barely onto the bread..I had to scrape the meat and cheese off the paper box onto the bread smh and my large fries were really hot and half I couldn't eat cause it was hard. They steady hiring kids that don't know what they doing. That big sweet looking dude need to tighten up

Floors are so greasy it could be a skating rink. Cupboard doors are falling off or missing. Chairs are sticky. Walls are scarred up and dirty. The food was good, only bright spot in this dingy place.

Just spent 40 dollars on 3 subs. What I received was 3 clamshells full of slop. I could not eat mine. Tossed it in the garbage. Do not ever go here.

Hi,
I recently visited your locations In Saginaw, and it was extremely hot inside. The store desperately needs air—your workers looked like they were about to pass out. On top of that, I could barley enjoy my food beacuse of the humidity in the store.

Food was bad, restaurant is in need of deep cleaning and remodeling. The smoke/steam inside makes it hard to breathe. Multiple broken tables along with all others being scratched, the chairs are grimy, rusted, and sticky. Walls and floor are coated in grease and are disgusting. I can only imagine how bad it is back in the storage area. Owner obviously doesn't care if customers get sick or hurt.

I love Philly cheesesteak and I was very excited to see this place. So I stopped to try them out very bad experience and way too expensive for what I got. First they were out of onions some how even tho there is a grocery store down the street. Then the amount of meat I got to the amount of bread I got was a little ridiculous for the price. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

JUST ordered from there and got it delivered but didn't receive everything. Called and they hung up immediately then I called back and the employee who answered sounded more than annoyed to be dealing with this issue. The answer that was given was that they know the order was correct because the General Manager was the one who put it in the bag. Immediately told me that Doordash stole it, even though I didn't order through Doordash, and that their bags are easy to get food out of without tearing them. Even though the portion of the order that I got was delicious, service like what I've experienced here makes me not want to revisit this establishment ever.
