Service is awful I work in the plaza and only wanted a drink everyone standing around no “be with you in a min” stood for like 5 min and had to hurry back to work left without drink and I’ll probably never go back

POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!! This is a shame! They screwed my order up did not take accountability! Didn’t even apologize! Told me there was nothing they could do to fix it when I asked if they could the young female had no response when I asked her to Accommodate me for the mistake and told me there was nothing she could do! I have the receipt for the order I’m really disappointed the whole time the team was gathering my order they took their time and talked was not paying attention to what they were doing not well mannered I will not be coming back! Get it together!

I stop going to this location for long periods of time because service is always awful and this last time will be final. Service is awful, waiting 5 minutes just to order with no one saying a word to us, wait about 20 minutes for our food, and come home to this. Almost $30 spent to receive sandwiches like this. Would not recommend forking out the money for this place.

Besides the food being good, what i liked about me visit most of al was the two women working the front on 12/6/25. While I was eating a man walked up to me and my family. Stating he knew me and got real close. Then one of the workers yelled at him to leave. Seemed like a regular that bugs customers for money or food idk which. I did end up tipping more then just a few dollars for their hard work.
I ordered a steak/cheese sandwich. They put the or velveeta cheese on the steak. This is my 4th time being in the place and ordered the same everytime and the whole staff is always rude. I'll never go back to this place again

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

I used to love this place, good sandwiches and the strawberry lemonade is really good. Walked into an empty store, stood in line. After about a minute a lady tells me just a moment, then 5 minutes go by with nothing, just cooking away for who I can only assume are DoorDash orders. This is like the 5th time, service is just awful. Won’t be back anytime soon.
