This was my first experience at Chili’s, and I had really high hopes! I was so excited to try the margaritas and the Triple Dipper I kept seeing all over the internet, and we decided to go for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a great experience.
The mozzarella sticks were hard and cold. Normally we don’t say anything, but since this was our first time and we were excited to try them specifically, we politely mentioned it to our server. She seemed annoyed, which caught us off guard. She took the plate (rightfully so) and brought back one new mozzarella stick… but it wasn’t any better. Yes, it was hot this time, but it was so hard and burnt that the cheese was still stiff, almost like they just re-dropped an old stick in the fryer. It was honestly awful and really disappointing.
Our server seemed annoyed with us for the rest of the meal after that request. It made things feel uncomfortable.
One bright spot was the male host. He checked in on us at one point, and when I asked if he was the manager, he laughed and said he was “just the oldest.” He was friendly, attentive, and honestly made the experience feel a little better.
On another positive note, the margaritas were amazing, and the BBQ combo—especially the ribs—was pretty good. It’s just unfortunate that the beginning of the meal started the way it did, especially on a birthday outing.

We visited on the evening of Oct. 22nd. Once we got our food, the server immediately came to the table and asked how everything was (someone else brought the food out) and everything was ok for that first bite. My son realized the Mex Bowl was covered in seasonings that was never on there before and it was over powering! Half of my black bean burger was burned. The server hadn't come back around to discuss the issue.

The food and drink was bomb.com. the only thing I would change is I like my food very hot. It was room temperature. My waiter was awesome.it was slow but he made sure to check on me alot. The drink was drinkin!! Nice buzz. Will be back

Ordered two triple dippers for myself and a co worker. The grubhub driver said the order was running super late because the restaurant was busy. Mind you, I placed this order hours in advance. Now about the food- awful doesn't come close to the food we got. Super cold food, sauce from the chicken crispers were dumped all over the bottom of the container, which made the slider buns soggy and sticky. The burgers were so over cooked they were like crispy pucks. On top of all of this, my co worker ate his and was sick from eating the food. Glad I threw mine in the trash. Next time I'll pass and go somewhere else.

Chilis is our go-to place when we can’t agree on another restaurant; it always satisfies both of us. This time, we decided to celebrate Halloween there. The staff was all dressed up and had a lot of fun with the day. I started with the Witches Brew margarita, which was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise delicious. At $6, it was a great price. We started with the dip trio, and my husband took advantage of the three for me deal. The mozzarella sticks are always a hit here, and the cheese pull was phenomenal once again. I love the chicken tenders and always ask for the honey chipotle on the side to keep them crispy. My husband ordered the Old Timer, which is hands down his favorite burger. Our food arrived quickly and hot. Our server, who was dressed up as Deadpool, was friendly, made recommendations, and checked on us throughout our meal. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Ordered through DoorDash, my first time. I was really excited as several people had recommended this place to me and said the food was amazing and while I agree that it definitely had potential, receiving what amounted to a raw hamburger patty killed it for me. I definitely won't be eating here again and I strongly encourage others to make sure that their food items are fully cooked.

No ribs? Really? Chili's baby back ribs and no ribs? I could see if late at night but it wasn't. So ordered the trio fajitas and too spicy couldn't eat them. I think they should put a sign on door if out of ribs.
