Chilis is our go-to place when we can’t agree on another restaurant; it always satisfies both of us. This time, we decided to celebrate Halloween there. The staff was all dressed up and had a lot of fun with the day. I started with the Witches Brew margarita, which was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise delicious. At $6, it was a great price. We started with the dip trio, and my husband took advantage of the three for me deal. The mozzarella sticks are always a hit...
