Disappointing Experience
I ordered online and specifically chose brown rice, but they gave me white rice instead. When I called, they said the only way to fix it was for me to bring it back. So I’m supposed to waste my gas and time because of their mistake? The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Definitely not the customer service I expected.

My girlfriend and I ate there; she is a vegetarian. I ordered a steak burrito, and my girlfriend asked if the lady would change her gloves because she’s a vegetarian. The lady behind the counter gave us a disgusting look like we were such an inconvenience. We got to our table, and the food was lackluster. I don’t ever have an issue with the Chipotle in Mt. Pleasant.

The workers here are great and actually have everything out and ready, unlike surrounding chipotles where they are always out of everything. Great place!

Normally I love chipotle. But how am I not allowed to get a chicken quesadilla in person??? And then i try to order it online and then it’s not working. Employees didn’t even offer to just make it for me knowing the app isn’t working for me. “Well we are getting online orders so it must be on your end.” So i am taking my business elsewhere. Bad customer service in my opinion. Not to mention, i drove 15 minutes to get here.

ALSO, i guess i could get a “kids chicken quesadilla” but why can’t i get an adult quesadilla??? Dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

I went in at 8:55pm excited over a year of not having chipotle just to get ignored eye rolled at and no help almost as if I was a burden!!!. Whelp I walked out and kept my money and took my L not worth spending my money at. No matter how great the service sucks and everyone looks rough and gross. Never again!

Waited half my lunch in line because one person was making food while the rest were standing around mouth breathing. When the line finally stretched all the way to the door an employee told us all they can only accept Google or Apple pay. I wasn't able to have lunch today due to this and it's not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location, but it will definitely be the last. Do Better

The food was great. However, the person throwing my food in my bowl because she was irritated I asked for an extra scoop was rude as heck. She needs new training or to be in the back of the house. Saturday night right before closing. The cashier was fantastic!

Great service and food, usually! Tonight though I had the steak because they were out of chicken, and only 2 pieces of my steak out of the entire bowl I had were good to eat. The rest of the steak was fatty or had tendons through it and I couldn't chew it, had to spit it out. That was very unfortunate, they also didn't have any lettuce. I was pretty bummed about my meal tonight.

This is the worst run down locations. They’re always out of something every time I go! This week I’ve been twice and they’re either out of lettuce, or veggies. Many times they’re out of dressing. They really need a good strong GM in that place.

I'm not sure what happened within the last year or 2. I decided to treat myself with a burrito and the quality here has went down drastically. The rice wasn't flavored cilantro lime. They put hardly any meat or toppings in the burritos. Skimpy as it can get. Waste of money.
