I took me and my kids to chuck cheese yesterday at first the people in front where nice then after we got our food the staff start being rude and after I paid over 100 dollars on food for the kids and I we now are in emergency with food poisoning I didn’t realize they don’t change out the food in the salad bar they just kept putting salads on top of salads and mixing the dressing w the same dressing that where already in the container what ever yall do don’t eat that salad from the bar

Expensive, all I need to say almost 15 dollars for the salad bar, paid for the two hour party and we're being sticklers on everything, kids couldn't play on certain games. Lol what a joke. What's the point of paying for the kids to play when most couldn't even play together. Worst experience for a birthday party. Lied also of theme party said we could set up games then told us we're breaking the rules and all it was was pin the tail on the donkey (Pokemon edition) terrible terrible terrible time

It has gotten pretty rough over the last few years. It smells bad, it's not very clean, 5 of the machines said out of order, and they are expensive. Will not be going back.

The employees were wonderful and the gentleman named Raymond was very friendly and helpful, and the games were fun. The pizza was very salty to my taste. The salad bar was wonderful. Will definitely return.

The staff was great the Chuck e mascot came out for all the dances + he was super friendly to the kids he also high fived the kids that were playing games, the waiter was great to. Whoever the mascot is/was KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The waiter gets a 10/10 to because she was cleaning everything up, plus she cared for the tables and everything else. I went there for my 13th birthday party so, yeah. I’ve been going to Chuck E. Cheese for my birthday parties 7 years and all the time Saginaw never disappoints me at all, the best location I ever went to. The staff the mascot the pizza the games the whole thing is a blast.
