My granddaughter 4th birthday. I believe it went well she seemed happy with all her friends. Chuck E came out and danced with the kids, ate cake, pizza, soda, played games.
We were checked in about 20 minutes late. The service was horrible and snotty. Our table and everything on it got rudely thrown on the ground or thrown away before our time was even up. Everyone was no help was a horrible experience would not recommend going here!
My daughter loves this place! It is probably the cheapest place to play so many video games and a variety is great. The best part is that they have a trampoline and obstacle course!
Were late being seated for a scheduled birthday partyand rudely kicked out on time..never again
Had a great time with the kids
Great for the kids
Chucky almost looked forced to even dance for the kids
The young lady running the door had so much patience, some of the parents were so rude to her. We get mad at people for not doing their job but this young lady is making sure no one takes your child and to be rude about it is wild.
Kind Wait Serves
Still a cool place, but not like it used to be they removed all games that took tokens, part of an experience gone

It was nice that it wasn't too crowded but it's gotten so expensive
Came here for a birthday party. Very overpriced. It’s nice that they have redone everything but the food prices were just crazy. $2 for each of these wings. $10 to get into the little obstacle course where they have an attendant stand to make sure the kids run in circles and don’t climb or do anything fun. Not Mr Cheese’s fault but some of the other birthday groups were very inconsiderate and you are all lumped right in next to each other. It just wasn’t worth it for our family. I would choose literally any other arcade first.
This place is not how I remember as a kid. We need a chunky dressed up! Just a big arcade of basic boring games way overpriced. On a positive note friendly service and clean.
Friendly staff, pretty good pizza too!
Took my three grandkids,I purchased the 120 coin deal .We received three cards with 45 on each. That was plenty .But found most the games were like one button push,no thrill no real game.Alot we swiped and had to swipe again.Felt like we were ripped off.Five year old granddaughter who had socks on went to jump on small trampoline and was told we needed to go get special socks at cashier, like really that couple seconds she's going to jump requires special socks. If could do it over I wouldn't but if did I'd be able to pick out just the three or four games that were actually a game and we could be out of there. Also my three year old was disappointed that there was no Chuckie Cheese mouse even for a quick walk through. When we were all finished we turned in cards for prizes, lol.I say that loosely. We got 562 points which got two pieces hard candy,a tiny plastic lizard and tic iac toe plastic toy.Had 14 points left but that gets nothing.Your better off just taking child to store and let them pick out piece of candy or dollar store for a prize.Next time we will just go to Stardust arcade. We left and went to Airborne trampoline. Now that was worth it.
