I placed an order online and called when it didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, only to be told that their online ordering system was down. No one contacted me to let me know, and they had no clear way to issue a refund. Instead, they expected me to pay again for an order I had already placed. When I asked the manager for the corporate number, they couldn’t provide it. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered $70 dollars worth of food which included a large Chicken Bacon Ranch, a small cheese bread, and a small pepperoni pizza, and a 2 liter of Pepsi which we did not even receive. The delivery driver was excellent and very friendly, however the food was the WORST pizza we have ever had. The pizza and cheese bread had ZERO Flavor. No seasoning, no butter, no nothing lol. We kept asking each other how anyone orders from Cottage Inn as we ate and then threw the food away. We are located 4 miles from this location and they charged us $16 for a delivery charge. Never will I order from Cottage Inn again. Would have rather spent the same amount of Money and just got Jets Pizza. Do not waste your time eating this dog food. Little Caesar’s would have been $50 cheaper and I would have much rather had food with flavor.

This is not the same cottage inn before the new ownership. I can't put my finger on what they changed. Maybe the crust. Maybe the sauce. Or both. But the pizza is mid at best. This definitely is not the same pizza.

Driver backed into my mailbox and then pulled forward, then backed out and left. My 18 year old was outside, and I have it on my Nest home cameras. 🤷🏽🤦🏽😳

Sadly we decided on Cottage Inn for dinner tonight‼️⚠️the pizza was (an 30 minutes later then the time said) missing toppings, cold, didn’t have the garlic butter parm on the crust. Tasted like we were eating it on plain toast⚠️
When we called to ask if we can come get new pizza or a discount the owner told the worker (overheard on the phone ) that if I ordered it online then it was my fault because that the way I ordered it then. Never going back ‼️ DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

We ordered a massive smoke house BBQ pizza! A few of these amazing new pastas on the menu and my absolute fave everything bread sticks! Literally everything is amazing 😍
3 older guys working there were to busy hitting on my girlfriend and trying to cancel her order to get her a 2 dollar discount. Maybe should of paid attention to the food they gave us that was burnt.

Was excited to try a different pizza place but was severely disappointed. Extremely overpriced low quality pizza. Customer service was great, pizza was horrible. Many other better options in Saginaw than this place.

The new owners are amazing. Today I called and thought I'd have an issue because they forgot my sauce for my wings and the owner herself hand delivered it to me and I live about 20 minutes from there. She was awesome didn't give me a problem added cookies to my bag for my kiddos as well. The food is really good to. there one of the few places that will deliver where I live but with the new owners I think there business will thrive expesially with the Great understanding attitude she has.
