Dickey's Barbecue Pit

For starters, the interior looked great and inviting. The women taking our order seemed to not like her job and didn’t have much of a personality. The food especially brisket was bone dry. No exaggeration. Had to dunk it in sauce just to chew and swallow it. The beans were bland. Mac and cheese was alright. Hard to mess that up. Chicken was dry and tasteless. She did say have a good day when we left though. Another young couple was in there. Curious how their food was. Thankfully, I had a gift card because I would even be less enthused about this place if I had to spend my own money.

I went yesterday for the first time the food and service was great the ribs and brisket was tender and very good I’ll be going back

I stopped in there to check out menu. Menu was in 2 different places confusing, sides weren't on board. Asked about 3 meat order, lady in back said we have no ribs not ready. Ok BBQ PIT??
NO RIBS? Sitting at home deciding whether or not to go back. Looked up website, read reviews, always start at the lowest, Nahhh! I'll pass!!!

my meal was not what i wanted and when asked to fix it the employees seemed like i was bothering them although i am paying customer. very disappointed with my first experience here and will not be returning or recommending to others.

I don’t typically order online for bbq restaurants but I had to today for work. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with fries. They gave me 6 fries in total and half of my pulled pork was very hard as if it had been sitting out all day. I usually love eating here but will always go in for best quality from here on out.

Normally I don't do bad reviews because I don't like to see businesses get a bad rap but the chicken wings we're hard as stones the baked beans tasted like they were out of a can the ribs were very unseasoned and watered down barbecue flavorless sauce and instead of actual Texas toast they are hot dog buns sometimes you can catch a business on a bad day butt unfortunately that wasn't the case

Service 0 out of 10, Food 8 out of 10. Website allowed me to purchase items that were out in the store. Manager didn't know how to issue a refund. Waited 5 business days and still no refund, call back Manger still clueless and making excuses

I had them cater. It was the best food we've all had no complaints from anyone

Employee's were great. Credit card machine was down. Waited a bit for a restart ended up paying cash. Wings were deep fried no breading, which is whatever, wings were a dry bite. Ribs were very very tender but sub par, tasted old or something was just off with them but didn't get sick so that's a plus. I guess. They were out of original bbq sauce. How are you out of original bbq? Won't be back.

Warning: there is no prices on the vague menu. I try to keep positive reviews but this one needs a warning not to spend $60-80 for lunch on 2.

Haven’t been to Dickey’s in a long time and OMG who is seasoning the food in there? The okra was so salty it was unedible. The green beans were overly peppered they were uneditable and the brisket was the driest brisket I’ve ever had in my life. Even the jalapeño sausage was super extra salty! When they first open, they were actually pretty good. I don’t know what happened, but somebody needs to do a quality control check. I can agree with the rest of the reviews. This was horrible.😆🤣😆 but on a positive note, the Texas toast was good lol
