Amazing food!!!

Normally I don't do bad reviews because I don't like to see businesses get a bad rap but the chicken wings we're hard as stones the baked beans tasted like they were out of a can the ribs were very unseasoned and watered down barbecue flavorless sauce and instead of actual Texas toast they are hot dog buns sometimes you can catch a business on a bad day butt unfortunately that wasn't the case

Service 0 out of 10, Food 8 out of 10. Website allowed me to purchase items that were out in the store. Manager didn't know how to issue a refund. Waited 5 business days and still no refund, call back Manger still clueless and making excuses

I had them cater. It was the best food we've all had no complaints from anyone

Employee's were great. Credit card machine was down. Waited a bit for a restart ended up paying cash. Wings were deep fried no breading, which is whatever, wings were a dry bite. Ribs were very very tender but sub par, tasted old or something was just off with them but didn't get sick so that's a plus. I guess. They were out of original bbq sauce. How are you out of original bbq? Won't be back.

Warning: there is no prices on the vague menu. I try to keep positive reviews but this one needs a warning not to spend $60-80 for lunch on 2.

Haven’t been to Dickey’s in a long time and OMG who is seasoning the food in there? The okra was so salty it was unedible. The green beans were overly peppered they were uneditable and the brisket was the driest brisket I’ve ever had in my life. Even the jalapeño sausage was super extra salty! When they first open, they were actually pretty good. I don’t know what happened, but somebody needs to do a quality control check. I can agree with the rest of the reviews. This was horrible.😆🤣😆 but on a positive note, the Texas toast was good lol

Went to Dickies for dinner, the staff didn't even acknowledge that we were there, after ten minutes of no acknowledged us we left, plus the place was absolutely empty

Great atmosphere. Super clean. Amazing service. Staff was so friendly. I was literally blown away by the food. Me and my co workers got it and every single thing was BEYOND our expectations. This will definitely be a new regular for us. Good food is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Fast delivery and good food!

The staff and decor are amazing, the food is just very very mediocre compared to the pricing. Everything was very oily (which isn’t always a bad thing) but very very lightly seasoned (i.e. just lightly salted).

Vegetarian options: For vegetarian options they only have a few sides, and the fries leave something to be desired.

THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS A THEIF! On July 1st 2024 I placed an online order and a portion of the order was out of stock and unable to be fulfilled. I wasn’t notified of this til I went into the store to pick up my order. I was told a refund would be issued to my credit card within five days. Today is July 17 and still no refund. I have been into the store multiple times to inquire about my refund and I’m told the owner has to approve and issue it. The employees at the counter can’t do it. I’ve asked for the owners phone number and they won’t give it to me so I left my number and asked for the owner to contact me and have not received a call. So before you order online, make sure you’re ok with potentially paying money for food that you may not receive and won’t get refunded for on top of it. I’m one of the pettiest people in the world and will be tying up the owners time in small claims court to get my money back.
