Staff was friendly, place was clean. Value for price, was awful 😞 maybe had one piece of corn beef and pastrami on it I know beef prices are high but come on . Wish I would have taken a picture.

First visit and didn't know what to expect. I tried the Italian and was very happy I did. Great flavor and loved the slightly crusty/crunch on the bread with the combination of delicious meats. My husband had the bbq brisket and cheese and he loved it. The brisket was very tender and flavorful! We will definitely be back to try more subs!

The sub came out soggy and missing the bacon I paid to add. When I arrived at the drive thru I said hello and the gentleman (long curly hair) didn’t look at me or say a single thing and when I gave him my card to pay & he returned it he didn’t say a single thing and slammed the window shut. Just really hostile and rude… I wish the establishment would have better standards or just kinder people. Makes a world of a difference.

Placed an order a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed! Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and by the time I got home which is only a 6-minute drive. My bread was nothing but mush. But here I am again today I'm giving it another shot.
In the Drive-Thru whoever is working it is rude, rude, rude!!! No hi how you doing? What can I get for you? It was what do you want? I told her the sandwich and before I could even say the size she hollered is that a medium or a large and wheat or white? Very very snippy. Then proceeded to snip what else? I said thats all and then she stated that will be $20.50, I said for 1 sandwich and she never responded. I sat at the speaker saying hello with no response. So then I get up to the window as she's cleaning it and ignores me and says that'll be $20.50 I said excuse me I only ordered one sub. She then goes $12.50 then proceeded to snatch my card out of my hand after running it she basically threw my food out the window with my card in hand. Her comment was here you go and closed the window. How many people has she screwed out of money that hasn't paid attention. What in the hell ever happened to customer service and being courteous. If you don't like your job, go find one that you do. But you definitely don't need to be working here. I will never go back here again!
On a positive note the Thanksgiving sandwich was good.

The food is very consistent. The staff is friendly. This is my favorite firehouse they don't waste time getting you your sandwich. I've seen it take more than 15min which is why I don't go to other firehouses.

OMG........ the absolute best sub in the world. Wife and I ordered for the first time there. She had the pepperoni meatball sub sm. And she said it's beyond the top notch. And I had th med pastrami sub and OMG it's the best sub ever. The meat was so tender it almost melted in your mouth. And so so flavorful we are hook n laddered for life now we said. You can't go wrong here. And the people were beyond super friendly and kind. Loved EVERYTHING about this place.
