ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT I PLACED AN ORDER ABOUT 9:00 PM I ORDERED THE HAPPYS SALAD I WAITED THE DRIVER CALLED N TOLD ME HE COULDN'T FIND THE HOUSE MY GRANDDAUGHTER WENT ON THE PORCH HE SAID HE SAW SOMEONE ON THE PORCH I SAID THAT WAS IT NEVER CAME OUT DIDN'T COME TO THE DOOR IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS OUT OF IT THEN HE SAID HE WAS PARKED AT THE CORNER MY GRANDDAUGHTER CALLED HAPPYS N TOLD THE WOMEN WHAT WAS HAPPENING SHE KEPT TRYING TO HURRY UP N HANG UP WHEN THE DRIVER CALLED BACK WE ASKED HIM IF HE COULD GET ANOTHER DRIVER HE SAID YES HE WAS VERY RUDE N SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS ON SOMETHING I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM HAPPYS FOR A LONG TIME N I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM I GOT MY SALAD ABOUT 10:00 PM BY THEN I COULDN'T EAT THE DRIVER N THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE I DONT THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE IT'S MAKING HAPPYS LOOK BAD THE GIRL TOOK MY INFO BUT NOBODY HAS CALLED YET I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED NOVEMBER 2025 NOVEMBER 10,2025 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER OLLIE HE CALLED ME TOO ASK WHAT HAPPEND HE APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HIS WORKERS DID HE WAS VERY POLITE IM GLAD HE TAKES THE TIME TO SEE HIS REVIEWS N GET BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY I KNOW IT WASENT HIS FAULT AND I APPRECIATE THAT HE GOT BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY YOU DON'T SEE THAT NOW DAYS HE SAID HE WAS GONNA MAKE IT RIGHT THANK YOU OLLIE

Extremely disappointing experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive throughout. When I asked about halal options, she responded with an unprofessional and inappropriate comment implying that “chicken is always halal,” which is simply not true and shows a complete lack of understanding and respect. The food quality was subpar, and the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning. Would not recommend.

Our office called @ 11:15am on a Friday, with a pretty big order. The guy on the phone was so helpful and kind. He was really paying attention to detail. Food arrived at 12:05, so we were all very pleased as our lunches were starting and the food was earlier than predicted. Not a single thing was missing or incorrect with the food we received, and it was all delicious. Our office is so happy, thanks to Happys :)

First timers. ❤️ We’re new to the area, so I was so excited to order from a place that wasn’t a chain!! They delivered the wrong salad, salad dressing and dessert to us. But I’m leaving a 4 star, because we will be trying again and we hope it’s as good as it looks. Delivery was prompt and delivery driver was super kind.
Happy pizza have some great pizzas there the people and the service is great. They also have some good fish dinners and a Great selection of other food stop in you won't be disappointed.

Only complaint is I am tired of ordering a cheeseburger asking for no cheese and only ketsup and mayo and getting it with cheese and mustard instead about everytime. Guess I will have to just do the ribs.

Have been ordering from here since I moved here in September. I love their everything pizza. Well as everyone's prices are going up but this place has really gone up, also you can't tip with card and if I have cash I tip the drivers pretty well! Well today the delivery driver called and said I'm outside of your house with your order. I'm like ok I figured he's outside my door. NOOOO HES SITTING IN HIS CAR in the street I HAD TO GO OUT IN THE RAIN AND GET IT!!! Well he didn't get tipped!!! They have lost my business!!
