Was served raw burgers! Requested well done from the get go! They were pure raw and cold to the touch inside! Asked to speak with manager and the manager couldn’t even have the decency to come and speak with us or apologize and avoided the whole situation! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! Deep Fried pickles were delicious, Philly cheese steak and curly fries tasted good, waitress was great, she was nice and made sure we were well taken care of, best dinning experience I've had.
