The food was a least hot. But it wasn’t how we ordered it. The service was not good at all. I had to go and ask for someone to take my bill to pay. All of the waitresses were in the corner playing Simon says or something stupid. There wasn’t one of them tending tables. We then were treated rudely.

2 hours for 10 wings is crazy. As a service member and someone who worked in the food industry, something needs to be done with the kitchen staff. Also it took an hour to bring out one beer from the waiters. Very poor service.

My husband and I have been going to Hooters for over 30 years. We were very upset when Michigan went to one location. We drive 45 minutes to get there but we do it because we’ve always enjoyed Hooters. I must say this last visit upset us so much that I’m not sure if we will ever go back again. Our last visit it was somewhat busy, we were told that there was a wait time and literally told to leave and come back later. We went out to the car and came back in to see if we could sit at the bar and a different waitress said oh well we’ve got lots of tables open you can sit at One you don’t have to wait. We placed our order and ordered fries as an appetizer, it took forever for them to come out, the waitress even said I don’t know why your fries are not ready yet. Then we had ordered Daytona style wings, which is what we have ordered every time for over 30 years. No change we always order the same thing, they came out burned. I tried to pick off the dark charred areas, but it all tasted like you were eating charcoal. The waitress came back and said that they would not replace the whole order because we had ate a few. Then she proceeded to try to tell us that this is how they come, that they are seared and Blackened, that people like it that way, I tried to explain we have been coming to Hooters literally over 30 years, ordering the same thing and have never ever had our wings burnt like this. She wanted to become very argumentative about it, which I did not appreciate. When she dropped off the bill all of a sudden she was friendly trying to get that tip. This is not acceptable, and I would hope that Hooters takes this into consideration and train their waitresses better than to treat people like this because they will lose business and also word-of-mouth as everything. The order should have been replaced at least, that was awful and trust me I know what they’re supposed to be like. Also cooks should know not to send out burned food.
Ordered 30 wings online. I placed the order at 12:30 n wanted them at 5:30. Got there 5 minutes early. But had to wait 25 minutes. So it was 20 minutes over the time asked for n even tho I ordered 5 hrs early. They still weren't ready. There was no place to sit n wait. There was 2 seats n they were taken by others that were also waiting for their online order. Smh

So tastey, I absolutely love hooters wings hands down they are the best the true OG the buttery mild sauce is my favorite I love my wings extra wet. The service was fantastic and quick. I have been here several times and will continue to go back for more.

I haven’t been to Hooter’s in years and my husband has never been, so we decided to stop in tonight. No hostess (which I’m not sure if that’s normal or not) so we had to stand there for 10 minutes before even talking to anyone. And they didn’t seem *too* busy for a Saturday evening, but still seemed understaffed in the kitchen and for waitresses. All of our food was cold other than my son’s grilled cheese. The fries tasted better reheated in the air fryer when we got home… I remember the wings being amazing last time I was here (again at least 10 years ago), but they were subpar tonight. Hubby was happy that they had Yuengling on draft though and our waitress was nice and attentive despite running around like crazy (all the girls were). My other complaint is that they had the football game on which is completely fine, but it was SO loud, even in the bathroom the volume was crazy. I understand it’s a bar but holy crap. Not sure if we’ll give it another chance or not.
