Ordered at 5:20, tracker shows pizza isn't done until now, 6:10. Never had a pizza place be so incredibly slow.

I would like to say that the pizza is good and since I usually get it take out it's always fresh, however there's a few things about the service that is disappointing but I'll just be talking about one experience. For one they wouldn't answer the phone, and I called a few times but no one answered. So I went up to the the store and when I got there a lady asked me if I had put in a order, when I said no she started to have an attitude. When I got the food one of the pizzas I got barely had any pepperoni and some of the pieces didn't have much cheese or sauce. I understand that working in customer service is hard due to certain customers and how they act, however when you fail to answer the phone and then act annoyed when someone says they don't have a order is rather rude and disappointing.

Friday night December 1st. Was chaos.. Amy employee there, was throwing pizza around hot out of the oven.. there were pizzas laying on the floor, as pizzas were getting boxed you can't help but Wonder somebody's ate one off the floor and paid for it... employee was assaulted by a non employee, which was Amy's boyfriend her boyfriend Bob was drunk harassing customers and walking in and harassing employees leading up to a driver was assaulted... Amy apologized to no one none of the customers at all, from her bizarre, dangers and violent ,outlandish Behavior yelling at customers employees.. I do not recommend eating here. There is no management, the management is the problem!!We enjoy getting good service down the road five businesses at Little Caesars Pizza

Went here twice in the past couple of week for the first time. Ordered the food through the app. Both times it was ready on time, staff seemed friendly and food was good.

Paid over 65 dollars for pizzas and a salad waited an hour when cashier said it would take 30 to 40 mins for my pizza to get delivered open the box and all the pizzas were cold and had some missing slices and the bee sting pizza had no flavor to it called and waited way over 40 mins on the phone to speak with someone and when I did speak to someone I had to wait another 20 mins to get ahold of a manger I finally gave up I normally don’t have problems with this hungry Howies but I gotta say it was very disappointing experience
Don’t recommend this place. Placed an order online at 6:29 Pm. Said it would be ready in 20 mins. Didn’t get our pizza for an hour and half!!! Ridiculous. Poorly managed. Lobby full of customers no one at the counter but keep sending out delivery drivers. Not worth it.

Very slow, waited at the counter for almost ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Waited another ten minutes for food that the app told us was ready before we even arrived.
