I placed an order online and drove the five mins to the place and I kid you not it was hot and ready to go when I walked in. The staff was nice and spoke to me right when I walked in which is nice since some places workers act like your invisible. Thank you hungry Howie's I will be back

Wonderful staff, service is always so professional and food is fresh and yummy.
Never had an issue with this location until tonight. The outsourced answering service that takes the orders didn’t apply the mix and match discounts and we ended up getting charged way too much. I asked the guy at the counter to go back and apply the discounts and he wouldn’t do it, refused to. This review probably won’t change your mind about HH, but make sure your bill is straight before you hand them any money because they have no clue how to keep customers happy and that was the last time we go there.

Recently moved, went through the process of changing my address on the app. My food was delivered to the wrong address. I'm not sure if it's my error or the apps but the person on the phone (the manger) seemed highly annoyed, passive progressive and had an attitude. I understand it could have been an error, but totally changed my opinion on this Gratiot location. Food is always great people are always gross

They put a disgusting amount of sauce on it like it's a school cafeteria pizza. And if you order light sauce, they put none on it at all. They don't know how to make a pizza, won't be back.
