Since they open back up the food has been undercooked twice . After the first undercooked pizza they offered a replacement which was fine and appreciated. So today we are going to get the replacement pizza. When we picked it up remind you it’s the replacement pizza from being undercooked . So when I get home I get read to eat the pizza and BAMMM THIS PIZZA IS UNDER COOKED TO. Proceeded to call the manager his name is Riley and he told me that they had just cooked up deep dish pizza for the crew and ate it and it was fine after I told him that Then he proceeded to say this his how our pizza cooked and told me to bring the pizza to put in the the oven. This is the worst service ever.

This has GOT to be one of, if not THE, best locations! Food and service are stellar. Their pizza and subs are flavorful and with adequate toppings. Even my special order of "light butter" was accommodated.

They Calzone or flooded pizza/sandwiches definitely got Dominos sandwiches beat Hands down.

They have gotten far too overpriced for what it is. Their app will not let anybody on my road order for delivery because their app glitches. I've emailed corporate a few times to ask them to look into it with 0 response. When I call instead for delivery they tell me they have to have it overridden because their program says they don't deliver here either. Its 2 miles from the store, on a straight shot FROM their store to my door.Their delivery fee is $6! That is entirely too much when only a small portion of that goes to the driver whom is using their car, their gas, their maintenance, and their insurance.
Parking: Parking is limited to the front of the building, really. About 10 spaces shared between several businesses.
The order take was very friendly. It was the best Gluten Free that I've had in the Saginaw area.
Dietary restrictions: They were very cautious when making my GF pizza. I'm very sensitive to gluten and I didn't get sick at all.

Food is eh. Love their pizza I just honestly feel like people work and just don’t care anymore. Used to be the best pizza place around me. Now I get grilled by delivery drivers cause I didn’t tip enough. But when delivery is already $5 who wants to pay a good tip and make the tip and delivery price the same price as the meal?! Do better hungry howies so your drivers can make money.
