They have gotten far too overpriced for what it is. Their app will not let anybody on my road order for delivery because their app glitches. I've emailed corporate a few times to ask them to look into it with 0 response. When I call instead for delivery they tell me they have to have it overridden because their program says they don't deliver here either. Its 2 miles from the store, on a straight shot FROM their store to my door.Their delivery fee is $6! That is entirely too much when only a small portion of that goes to the driver whom is using their car, their gas, their maintenance, and their insurance.Parking: Parking is limited to the front of the building, really. About 10 spaces shared between several businesses.

Food is eh. Love their pizza I just honestly feel like people work and just don’t care anymore. Used to be the best pizza place around me. Now I get grilled by delivery drivers cause I didn’t tip enough. But when delivery is already $5 who wants to pay a good tip and make the tip and delivery price the same price as the meal?! Do better hungry howies so your drivers can make money.

I haven't been to Howie's in a while and wanted to give it another try. Soooo as I was waiting to pick up my order, I witnessed an order drop on the floor from the heating box where they keep finished orders. To my surprise they did not remake the entire order, just the cheese stick. I was really appalled that this happened in the first place to anyone else but was really hoping it wasn't my order that went on the floor, picked back up and put back in the heating box. As I gave my name and number to the guy at the register, I watched him grab the order that had fallen on the floor and handed it to me. Disgusting. I don't know... it's just the lack of standards but not surprised considering who the district manager is. Guess this experience has solidified that I will not be returning to a business who thinks picking up food off the floor and serving it back to guests is okay.??

At first this place looked closed, but it was not. It seems to be more of a pick-it-up favorite stop. Although that is its main traffic, there are 3 tables inside to sit and eat at.The guy that took our order was super nice. It was about a 15 minute wait. We ordered a Bee Sting pizza with garlic parmesan crust and it was DELICIOUS.

My favorite pizza place. However, this location makes my order incorrect almost every time. Smells like Marijuana every time I walk in. I work til 9:00 & always try to order before I go home, but they stop answering phone 30-45 mins before closing time of 10:00. Not saying to avoid Hungry howies, but stay FAR AWAY from gratiot location. Would give zero stars if I could
