Ya'll would be great if Ya'll trained your staff to include dips/ sauces to the orders.
Every time we order from you, we have to call the store to ask/ remind yall to add ranch or honey mustard, and often times to season the potatoes...
If my meal comes with a dipping sauce option, for the love of God, add it to the bag, PLEASE!!!
We get our food and are left disappointed because we can't dress it up. Plain chicken, plain waffles, plain...

The chicken and waffles were good, but the chicken was slightly overcooked. The hashbrowns were inedible. I asked for them to be cooked crispy, but they were an oily mush. Finally, when we got the bill it seemed higher than it should have been, but it wasn’t itemized so we couldn’t verify.
