They don't add the peppers I request to be added Every. Single. Time. I ask for peppers and it is NEVER put on my order, ever. Why offer peppers if your staff can't handle the addition? Terrible delivery drivers. Cant follow simple instruction & they had my phone number. No excuses. I’m that customer and will NEVER order here again. Subs so fast you’ll freak? My ass. 😂 Left the sandwich as I watched to see if it was delivered but because they could not follow simple instructions my son’s sandwich sat outside for an hour as I watched the app to see when the delivery was complete. They never marked it off complete because they didn’t deliver as the instructions stated.

I've ordered several times from here and when I pre order for pickup they claim the ticket never printed out so instead of my food ready, I had to wait..... Literally wait for everyone else to get their food first. I was late each time to where I was going. Very disappointed

I love Jimmy John’s I have gotten the 8in Turkey Tom toasted about 8 times since they brought the toasted in and now today I am told that toasting it will burn the bread but the past 8 times it has never been burned and it was the best sandwhich I have had and now I am not aloud to get it toasted because they don’t know what they were really talking about when I said it has never burned before and has been perfect everytime.

I walked in last night as a DoorDasher And the smell coming from this restaurant was horrendous. I don’t know what died in the store, but I will refuse to eat at any Jimmy John’s from now on. I’ve never smelled anything like it.
