I walked in last night as a DoorDasher And the smell coming from this restaurant was horrendous. I don’t know what died in the store, but I will refuse to eat at any Jimmy John’s from now on. I’ve never smelled anything like it.

So the Freaky Fast motto is gone. I used to order and by the time I walked to counter or pulled up to window for drive thru, the sun was ready. Those days are over. I still like the food but no longer is it a fast option.

Curious if hairnets are a sanatation thing anymore? Watching the employee with long untied hair making my sub kind of grossed me out. Fortunately there was no hair in my food that I know of.

I would like to know why the lady at the end that wrapped the sandwich, got the salad touched EVERYTHING but refused to put the food in the bag? Then hold up her hands that have gloves on and say sorry.. umm excuse me? You literally TOUCHED EVERYTHING I ordered with exception of the cup straw and lid... but if I had it delivered it would of been put in a bag.. this stores customer service is very poor. This is the second time I've had an issue with THIS STORE ONLY! I will not be returning. Because I guess you can't change your gloves after touching everything from cooler doors to wrapping a sandwich but can't touch that same food go bag it. What the... very poor customer service. ????
