Food is decent, a bit overpriced though especially the sides. Delivery is not fast anymore, I live 3 blocks away and work from home so I have it delivered here from time to time and lately it's been upwards of 20-25 mins to get my food when it used to be under 10. Now I'll just walk there on my lunch for a quick break and save the fee + tip.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the jimmy johns website and waited about 20 minutes which wasn’t a big deal but when we pulled up to the window she seemed to be upset because we didn’t “pull up to the speaker and let her know we were coming.” I got the food then got home to find out my club lulu sandwich didn’t have hardly any meat when I ordered double bacon. First time and last time

The food is always good here. That is one thing that I can’t complain about. That being said, I ordered potato salad for the first time. Boy was I disappointed! For nearly $3 I barely got 3-4 spoonfuls. This is exactly how I took it out of the bag, and it was sealed. I picked this up myself, so it wasn’t like a dasher or someone ate it.
Then what made it bad from the start is I had a free sandwich. I kept trying to order on the app, but it kept telling me to add a payment card. But then said your balance is zero, so you don’t need to add a payment card. This kept up for 4 times until I broke down and ordered the potato salad. Winch as evidenced by the pictures, wasn’t worth the money.

Ordered the new baked chicken bacon sandwich yesterday 03/11. The only thing I ate in over 24 hours, a few hours later I got VIOLENTLY sick. I still have severe stomach pain and nausea. I work in the medical field and I know I have food poisoning.

What an awesome location in Saginaw! They live up to their past "freaky fast" reputation. Very friendly and made "just right". This is a training location but IDK if that makes a difference or not.
