What an awesome location in Saginaw! They live up to their past "freaky fast" reputation. Very friendly and made "just right". This is a training location but IDK if that makes a difference or not.

I went into this location, which has been awarded as a training store, on 7/16/24 around 7pm. A young lady, who appeared to be the manager on duty was prepping lettuce and bread. To my disgust she set the tray of bread forms and sat it on top of the trash can while she stretched and prepped the dough for the oven. Now I do not claim to know all the food service regulations, but I'm pretty sure prepping food over a trash can isn't one of them. I wonder who trained her?

Food is always great, they are friendly, however they don't seem to have delivery drivers after 7 pm, and are listed on Door Dash, but even if you order on Door Dash, if their delivery driver is off, you still can't get your food unless you pick it up because they don't partner with the Door Dash drivers.
Ordered three and the app took my off and made it a big John and they wouldn’t do anything to make it right so I will never order from them again or any other jimmy John’s again and will not ever suggest them to anyone ever again

This location had me very disappointed state street Murray. The bread was hard on both sandwiches and my wife turkey literally had one sliced that was shredded and didn’t even cover the bread. I took a photo and sadly can’t upload.. I will never stop at that location again!! It ruined my wife’s lunch time as I had picked up to have that extra time with her. And of course I took the food back as neither of us could enjoy our sandwiches. They did refund which is only the right thing to do but at that point my wife didn’t get to have a meal for her lunch time. Sadly.Ps. I love the location on fort union

Fastest Jimmy johns around!!! I went in at 8 left at 805pm today. The girl was already cutting the bread for me before I even walked in!!! She was so quick and polite. Even the sandwich looks pretty and put together lol. Amazing staff!!!! Most recommended Jimmy johns!!!!
