Placed an order online only to have the wrong food delivered by Door dash. Took the order back in to the restaurant and the manager Pamela went WAY above and beyond to make it right. In my opinion she deserves a sizable raise or a hefty bonus for her service and what she puts up with. Beyond pleased with the way she treated me.

The most amazing woman was working close around 10pm on Sept 11, 2024 and she was kind and went above and beyond to ensure myself and customers in front of me we happy and our orders were correct. If I was a secret shopper I'd be recommending her for a promotion. You'd think she was an owner by her dedication to customers. I hope management takes the time to find her and give her a raise and a promotion! I'm so glad I decided to go out for KFC at the last moment just for the privilege to see there are still angels out there ensuring people have a great experience!

All the chicken was hard . This was suppose to be original totally overcooked. The building was hot so you could cook it just by leaving it out . 20 minutes to get your food and 5 minutes before anyone took your order

Someone there really needs to learn how to clean a floor, I've worked in serval oil changes over the last 25 years, and the floors aren't as slippery as this place was, the bathroom was gross, waited on an employee to finish before I could use it, puddles of piss on the floor, the bathroom in my shop is keep cleaner than this

Not impressed with the food, it was old and dried out. I worked at KFC in my home town for 12 years and know how the process goes but I never served old dried food. My family loves KFC but we have not found a KFC that serves up great food the way we are used to having. I'm not hating on your establishment, I love this
