Drive thru cashier bare minimum, didn't greet, doesn't seem happy to be there. Ordered a tender meal. When did meals become kid meals. I mean its been about 6 months but a small cup of mashed potatoes and chicken tenders that were only as big as my fingers. What happened to real tenders and for $13? Nah....miss me with that bullshit.

4908 State Street Saginaw Michigan I had to pick up for 3:00 it wasn't ready until 3:12 as I'm standing there waiting I see an employee fixing the food with no gloves on with his finger in the mashed potatoes bowl I asked to speak to the manager the manager name is Greg and he was the one fixing the food with no gloves on when I asked him why he didn't have gloves on he said because he had got busy his nails were dirty that was very disgusting. It wasn't my food he fixed but it still was disgusting that I had to say something to him

From the minute I walked in, the manager "Hal" was rude. I attempted to ask him a question regarding my order and he quickly assumed I was going to ask, if I could get it sooner, which was not the case. He cut me off after two words saying "We don't have control over what time online orders say they'll be ready" I could not get a word out which made me stumble on the next, until I told him to cancel my order. I was done at that point because he started saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He then shows me an 800 number off a flyer to call if I wanted to cancel myorderitI did not have time so I asked him to be removed from my order or touching it with his negativity, and a nice lady helped me out!. I tipped her, took my food and left. Chicken was old sides were cold. This was a disaster.

I had to wait over 30 minutes past my expected pickup time and my food was inedible. The fries tasted expired and were soggy with oil. The tenders were burned and tiny pieces and I didn’t get my biscuits. The manager didn’t speak to me. He complained about me being in the lobby and had his employee ask me why I was there. I refuse to ever shop here again. What a waste of $37!!!

Waited in line 10 minutes to PLACE order, then got asked to go thru the drivethru instead. If they don't want inside orders, why are the doors open? Change it to drive thru only if that's where you want your business. Lost a sale. Used to be a great place, a LONG time ago. Went there about a year ago to order a family dinner, got told they didn't have enough chicken....UMMMM...WHAT ???

complete breakdown in kitchen, took 25 min to get my food after placing my order and then it wasnt what i ordered. Another lady asked gor refund, because dhe had to get back to work and they refused. That at least got them moving to grt the food out.
