Usually I’ve never minded this location, but I order tonight and got probably the worst food I’ve ever gotten from anywhere before. The chicken is really wet, mushy and the bones are literally disintegrating. I get being busy but nobody sees, and touches, this chicken and think it’s fine to send out.

I went in to get some pot pies and I overheard this worker talking very vulgarly to his other coworkers. I asked another worker what his name was and she said 'Greg'. Very disgusting to hear a man talk about such gross things around his employees. How uncomfortable

Over the last 3 months I went there 5 times including today. Three of the 5 times they said it would be about a 20 min wait for chicken. I give up I will not ever go back. I will try the one on gratiot in Shields it only about 1 mile further but it may be worth it.

They are chill and communicate very well. I try not to eat out but the times I run late in the morning and I'm working on a house near by this is my go-to
I received my food and it was barely edible. The meat was dry and the breading was stale. I ordered chicken tenders and they cut up a Chicken patty into three pieces instead. The food was also cold. I'll go to Popeyes any day over this place.

Went through the drive thru and got 2 meals, had to pull ahead for “fresh” fries. Waited over 15 minutes and husband eventually had to go in to get our food and still had to wait inside. Absolutely no one in the parking lot. Will definitely be coming back here.

I would give it 5 stars but when I order a 5 piece tender big box an don’t get any sauce that I asked for I get kind of upset. Other then that no complaints.
