I went though the take out, when I got home 30 minutes later, they gave me original instead of extra crispy, I called and they wanted me to come back, in a snow icy weather, explained that wouldn't work, said that all he could do. Told him I could pick it up the next day, he said ok, asked his name (he was very rude though the whole conversation), so after I asked his name he hung up on me.

Placed order at 2:55pm was asked to pull ahead for a 3 piece tender meal and 5 piece tender meal. Went inside at 3:10pm to ask where my order was. Was told the fryers just heated up and it will take only a few minutes to cook. What is going on here? Employees have no idea what’s going on. This place is a joke.

Horrible service. The most nastiest manager I have ever encountered. Went there a few weeks ago and I was missing half of my order. When I got home called up there. She told me the next time I visited they would reimburse me for that. Went there today. She gave me nothing but attitude and claimed it never happened and refused to take two steps to grab a drink carrier. Proceeded to hand me drink after drink with an attitude telling me they didn't have a truck come in. The next worker came to the window with two drink carriers for me. Not only did they fail to give us all of our food on our first visit, now they are claiming it never happened.

Waited half an hour because it is policy to not keep breasts available. I ordered at kiosk and had i known it was that long of a wait I would have went somewhere else, but I had already paid with card then they told me.

Been there twice now to get the pot pie frist time they were annoyed that they had to make it asked if I wanted something else I said no waited 15 min the second they put the pot pies in the bag side ways and messed up the pot pies and the place is always a mess they need new employees ones been there for years and still can't get it right

Do not go to this location if you have an allergy. Twice now in the last 2 months I have stopped in for lunch and ordered my sandwich without mayo because I am allergic. On both occasions I was served Mayo. The first time when I returned it and they replaced it I got back to my car only to find the Mayo had been scraped off. For some stupid reason I decided to give them another chance today. Yep, I got Mayo again. I guess this location doesn't care if I waste my money, waste my time, and die from an allergic reaction.
They should close this location. Wow. Disgustingly dirty. No supplies. Inadequate staffing. I'll never go back. Ever.

Staff was incredibly rude and seemingly annoyed that she had a customer at all. Maybe choose who you let interact with customers at the window a little more wisely. Made the food seem to taste worse than it already was if that's possible. Big regrets trying to snag some fast food today. Bummer.

At drive thru at 8pm asked for 3 pieces box. Was told it would be a what ?. Chicken wasn't ready. I ask how long ? The girls attitude and no politeness in her respond was clear she doesn't like job. I didn't deserve this attitude. I drove off and went to Pop eyes. I was in and out in 2 minutes. I'm retired with a fixed income. I liked KFC but after this employees rotten attitude, I'll never go to KFC again. I did not deserve someone's rotten attitude. Sorry KFC but I'll never go to KFC again. Popeyes I pay a little more but was treated with politeness and respect. That's worth going to Popeyes again. And the chicken was great too. Folks please try this place. Why a place that serves chicken a customer is told you have to wait !!!!! We don't have any chicken cooked??. With an attitude. if you don't like your job, find another job !!!!!!!!!!. Done with KFC.
