I hadnt been here in a while. I miss the buffett. Still love the extra crispy chicken and mashed potatoes. Its sad to hear that headquarters are being moved from Kentucky to Plano,Texas. I hope that doesnt affect Michigan KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants. Its a shame that the Ceo didnt move more of the its Yum brand corporates to Kentucky. I wonder if the KFC name is going to TFC. Maybe the Colonel is going to be wearing a Stetson now. I doubt if Dave Thomas or the Colonel were still alive that they would like the idea of headquarters going out of Kentucky. Anyways, for now the Chicken is still good!!

Don’t eat at the KFC on Bay Road. We ordered a meal up there. We got all chicken wings. The biscuits were so hard you couldn’t even bite into them. You’re stuck a pork into them. They shattered like glass. I would not buy everybody not to eat at the KFC on Bay Road.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 famous bowls. The store was empty, the employees don’t know how to put an order together with out looking back at the screen 5 times. Terribly ran every time I come here I wait a half hour or something’s wrong on the order it never fails not even once, I’ll never come back

Ordered online to eat here order went to Midland called them they were very unprofesional refused to help us Robyn a Manager here at this store tried to talk to Midland about it and they didn't treat her any better she made sure that we were fed and apologized for the way were treated by Midland KFC we wanted to make sure that upper management is aware of the her dedication to her job and her professional manner that she helped us 😀 Thank You

After a foul up with my online order being sent to the wrong store Robin was super helpful with sorting out the mishap and getting me taken care of. Thank you all very much.
I went to KFC on Bay Rd in Saginaw we were first locked out then let in after we said we were going to report them in then came home after ordering a $25.99 meal 12 piece three sides six biscuits extra crispy and a bucket legs and thighs only every piece of meat was completely brunt the color of a Hershey candy bar Brown took it back and then had to argue to get it fixed then was told I couldn't get extra crispy they didn't have any ridiculous never will I go back there again

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Where do I even start. When we were ordering, we ordered cherry pie poppers and were advised it would take 3 minutes. Okay, whatever that’s fine. As soon as we placed our order, we waited 5-8 minutes to get to the window. After we got to the window and paid, they told us to pull up and they would bring our food out. At this point I’m wondering why they didn’t even try heating them up while we waited in line? But whatever. So I sat there for about 10 minutes before I went in to figure out what was going on with my food. No body came up to me for about 3 minutes, then when they did they were like oh, let me check on that for you. Meanwhile all I could smell when I walked in was weed, which whatever, if you smoke cool, just don’t do it at work. They weren’t busy at all and in fact, they had people waiting for what reason? I have no idea. Anyways, after waiting 25-30 minutes total I finally got my food. I really wish I never went to KFC. The chicken was burnt and old, the poppers were barely hot, and the Mac and cheese was disgusting. Fast food is supposed to be, ya know, FAST, CONVENIENT, semi good. Never going to KFC again. Over priced, slower than molasses, and no even edible.

Stiffed me on my order , I called when i got to work the person I talked to took all my information down assured me all I had to do was go in give them my name and get my food. .... We'll that's not how it happened, the teenager in charge refused to give me my food. Now 2 weeks in a row no dinner.
