The information says it is open till 10:00 for Diane but they had the Lobby closed before 9:30 with no signs or Warnings and the staff just stared at us as we walked up to the locked

Best service I've had in a long time...the new General manager there is really changing thing's around don't know how long she's been there but I felt welcomed and was greeted with smile... you could tell she is happy working there.. food was hot and fresh and was handed out with a smile before I even finished paying. Great service all together!!!Parking: Very clean nice job

Terrible restaurant. The food was absolutely disgusting and improperly packaged. It took 3 attempts and 32 minutes to get the order. Unfortunately, the chicken was still terrible. The manager is a condescending jerk. He has no personality or business sense.KFC recently adopted a no refund policy. It’s because of poor service and management practices. Do not patronize KFC especially the one on Bay Rd. This includes the State St location as well.

Food was not the greatest, the people in there are gross and rude, they didn't take any orders, had to use the kiosk.Lady behind us must have seen something becuase she was grossed out and left. Will not come back here. Kfc should be imbarrased for this
