Whoever prepared and fried the Original Recipe chicken on 12/3/2025 around 2:45 p.m. truly deserves a raise. It was the best KFC chicken I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. I wish it tasted that good every time. Outstanding job.

The food lately has been better. But I work next door and our boss would be not happy with us if we didn’t do a lot pick up everyday. And I have been looking at the same box and Trash bag for a week and a half. It’s been behind there dumpster since the trash man came 2 weeks ago. Something that should of been looked at if a proper walk through had happen

They need to start warning people its a 30+ minute wait for food. Been here over 20 minutes, was just trying to get something quick on my way out of town but now im getting delayed waiting for a simple chicken sandwich. I dont blame the employees, they only had a few people working both the KFC and A&W. Whoever owns this place needs to stop being cheap and hire a few more workers.

We when were to eat after a long day of shopping, we were already tired from the long day, we got to the drive through, the girl was so quit.After paying we got sent over to wait for are food,Ok no big deal but I thought they would be faster with my food,we got here at 4:05 and didn’t leave to approximately around 4:36. The people that pulled up aside of us got there 5 minutes after us and still got their food before us.And the food was still cold. There was like 4 people work and like no one inside. I don’t know if we come back here again.

This might be the world's slowest moving KFC. We waited in the parking lot for our food for 30 minutes and we weren't warned about the wait when we purchased our food.

The floors were sticky, and we received no service. We stood for over five minutes without anyone attending to us at the counter or in the kitchen. It seemed as though something was amiss, as the place felt disorganized. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in a very unattractive and unwelcoming environment. Walk or park at Culver’s it’s a better experience.

I was here yesterday during the 99 cent coney dog days that the A & W that they split was having. There are four workers really just pushing it and doing their best. I saw them have countless hot dog containers out and ready to try and keep up. The girl in the front did a great job. she was running four different tasks, running food out-taking inside orders, helping with other tasks and trying to handle a line of +9 people. Everyone was trying to run a few different things at once and they had great teamwork. My order took about 25 minutes but I wasn’t upset with them like some other customers. I appreciate all they did, they just need to hire more workers or pay them more so it’s more fair for all they did that I just saw shortly.

Tried going here on my lunch. I was one of two cars in the drive through, and there was one dine in customer that I saw. Sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer at the drive through, only for her to pretend she couldn't understand me. After getting someone else, I finally placed my order, then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes behind the person in front of me who hadn't even paid yet, 10 minutes after they pulled up to the window. I refused to waste any more of my time waiting for staff that clearly don't care and I went next door to Culvers. When I left Culvers, everyone in line at KFC was still waiting.

Standing in line for five minutes with no acknowledgment. All drive thru was being helped. I get that you are busy, but at least say something when you walk by a customer six times to deliver food outside to cars while not speaking to us and give us a time frame of how much longer.

Trash. This place is literal trash. They are the slowest place around. They pull every single vehicle before giving out food and then take 10-15 minutes minimum to bring out food.
