My father in law came in today to get an order of pepperoni crazy puffs, he left and got home and opened them and they were BLACK. Me, his daughter in law, am a manager at a little caesars and that NEVER should've been in the cres cor. It should've been in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable.

Asked for a deep dish and Italian cheese bread, exter seasoning on the bread. Got gd home to find out they flicked the seasoning on the break and the sauce tastes old as hell.... Never going back.

GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Late 40 s Mexican female Employee who continues to screw up my meal, at 30.00 a pop... 2 cheese crazy puffs, 2 pepperoni crazy puffs, bread stick and a hot and ready is NOT DIFFICULT! After waiting 30 minutes for food that is supposed to be readily available. .. I call and call, the phone rings and rings, and then they hang up and keep the phone off the hook. She never heard of bacon crazy puffs, or the new steak and cheese, but cant give me regular cheese. 100% WRONG 100% OF THE TIME OR OLD AND COLD. I want the owner to call me before I call corporate at this point.

Placed a 36$ order online and the delivery driver took my food and never showed up and I can’t get a refund for 7-10 days this is absolutely bullshit . Attached below is the drivers details who I hope gets fired

I ordered 2 orders of pepperoni pizza puffs.I got home open the box and these were the most overcooked puffs I have ever seen.I called up there the girl who took my order answered the phone and when I told her about the issue she laughed and told me she would replace them if I came back .I informed her I just got off a 12 hour shift was picking them up for my daughter and was not coming back up there today this was Monday 3/24/25. She asked me my name and said she put it down and I could come pick up a new order the following day.I went up there around 4:30 pm.3/25/25 I spoke to a gentleman told him the issue he said he was going to get his manager I waited 20 mins he came back said she wasn't the manager working the day before and I would have to call and discuss the issue with the manager who was there the day before.The manager never came up front I think this was totally disrespectful over some $4 pizza puffs when I'm ordering there at least every other week, they will NEVER get my business again.
